that is Buhari own also by the US
https://nationaldailyng.com/us-indicts-buhari-on-corruption/
The United States in its latest reports indicted President Muhammadu Buhari on corruption, stating that corruption is evident across all levels of government currently under the All Progressives Congress (APC) regime. Thus, in the US 2017 Human Rights Report, the foreign body rated the Buhari administration low on the fight against corruption in the country.
The US 2017 Human Rights Report indicated that the Federal Government under Buhari failed to implement laws against corrupt practices.
National Daily gathered that the report noted that although the government took steps to investigate alleged human rights abuses, “impunity remained widespread at all levels of government.”
The report succinctly remarked: “Although the law provides criminal penalties for conviction of official corruption, the government did not implement the law effectively, and officials frequently engaged in corrupt practices with impunity. Massive, widespread, and pervasive corruption affected all levels of government and the security services.

“The constitution provides immunity from civil and criminal prosecution for the president, vice president, governors, and deputy governors while in office.”

The report further faulted the procedure the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) adopted in prosecuting corruption charges; stating that the Commission failed to follow due process.

The US report was said to have cited the case of the embattled former National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki, who has been in custody of the Department of State Services (DSS) since 2015, despite court orders demanding his release.

The report listed the most significant human rights issues during the year to include: ”Extrajudicial and arbitrary killings; disappearances and arbitrary detentions; torture, particularly in detention facilities, including sexual exploitation and abuse; use of children by some security elements, looting, and destruction of property; civilian detentions in military facilities, often based on flimsy evidence.”

The list also included, “denial of fair public trial; executive influence on the judiciary; infringement on citizens’ privacy rights; restrictions on freedoms of speech, press, assembly, and movement; official corruption; lack of accountability in cases involving violence against women and children; trafficking in persons; and early and forced marriages.”
The report further blamed judicial system in Nigeria, noting the judiciary was compromised during the period under review.

The US decried that the executive and legislative arms of government continued to interfere with the judiciary.
“Although the constitution and law provide for an independent judiciary, the judicial branch remained susceptible to pressure from the executive and legislative branches. Political leaders influenced the judiciary, particularly at the state and local levels.

“Understaffing, underfunding, inefficiency, and corruption prevented the judiciary from functioning adequately. Judges frequently failed to appear for trials.

“In addition, the salaries of court officials were low, and they often lacked proper equipment and training. There was a widespread public perception that judges were easily bribed and litigants could not rely on the courts to render impartial judgments.

“Citizens encountered long delays and received requests from judicial officials for bribes to expedite cases or obtain favorable rulings,” it declared.
The report was released at a time President Buhari at the Nigerian Bar Association Annual Conference in Abuja, declared that the rule of law in Nigeria is limited by national interest.

The current bloodly president is not free of corruption either. He is in fact a more dreadful choice for his ever hypocritical, pretentious and deceitful make-believe.

Till date, Buhari has not explained how his less than 25 year old son acquired a bike worth millions of naira. Till date, Aisha Buhari has not explained why she jailed her ADC over the N2 billion corrupt funds and the over N 200m cash she received from the current Kogi State Government (monies meant for pensioners and civil servants).

All politicians including Buhari and Atiku are CORRUPT souls, but my family and I will choose one that has something reasonable upstairs.

It is one thing to be corrupt, it is another to be as lifeless and dum.b as f+ck! I have never loved the deceitful b!tch, and never will I..! As it is ehn, I will vote anyone that can literarily give a sound 5-minute speech without reading from a note pad. The disgraceful Londoner BBC Hausa-loving b!tch never deserved a first chance.

he wasn't indicted. also that's a senate sub committee paper, it was never affirmed by their entire senate, not a single charge was brought against him. This is a one sided narrative, no conclusive evidence, his testimony was nver taken, hence why nothing has been done since. You dont pronounce someone guilty by allegations.
Buterflyle0:
Insults are welcome but can they erase the truth that is already INTERNATIONALLY AVAILABLE about the man PDP is fielding?

Can insults help launder his image before the eyes of the international community?

Can insults change the mind of Homeland security and the file they have on him and stop him from being arrested WHENEVER he wishes to step foot on their soil?

Even if you show me a video or picture of Atiku stealing from the Central Bank, I and my family will still vote for him.

Visiting USA can never be a criterion for voting our president cos Americans don't visit Nigeria too before winning elections.

No amount of propaganda will stop us from voting him cos you guys supported the Lifeless one against all odds too.
One day USA will arrest your country president when he wins and visited the state.
The disgrace will be worst than been called Lifeless.

Then, you will recall your name "Nemesis"

Ask him to visit USA. Even when his child who is based in USA wanted to wed he insisted the wedding should be held in Dubai so he could avoid going to USA

The United States Department of Justice has denied having any record that indicates that Nigeria’s former Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, has a pending lawsuit in the US.
In an email to our correspondent on Friday, a spokesperson for the US DOJ, Peter Carr said, “Thank you for reaching out to us. I have checked the public court records, and they do not show cases filed against a defendant named Atiku Abubakar.”
This was stated as a response to SUNDAY PUNCH’s request for information on whether Abubakar is wanted in the US in connection with any issue of money laundering.
The mail also asked the department to confirm whether Abubakar has been banned from entering the US and if there is any court case against him concerning the Halliburton scandal which resulted in the conviction of a US lawmaker, William Jefferson.
Asked if it is true that the ex-vice president (now a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress) was banned from entering the US, the American official said the issue was confidential.
He said, “Visa issues are confidential under section 222(f) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. If your question is specifically about entry – not about visas per se – I would refer you to the US Customs and Border Protection.”
Last week, Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, had implied that Abubakar was avoiding a visit to the US because he might be charged with a case of money laundering.
He reacted to Abubakar’s interview which he granted to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission’s quarterly publication, Zero Tolerance, where he had accused the Kaduna governor of corruption by offering him Transcorp’s shares.

You should be able to read between the lines yourself.

Customs and border security in the US are both under the US Homeland security and from the response above, their information is confidential.

Because DOJ said they have no record of case against him doesn’t mean he is not under survailance.

Abubakar Shekau of bokoharam presently has no case in the US court but that doesn’t mean he is not under survailance by the US homeland security.

This news began from PDP immediately after Atiku dumped them for APC back in 2014.

APC did not Originate it.

In essence PDP began attacking Atiku into the future and now, the attack they launched against him for leaving them to APC is now what is attacking Atiku now that he is in PDP.

In a nutshell, PDP is the one attacking their own

I don't wants to say we are in more or less a hopeless situation in this country in order not to be pessimistic, it is obvious Atiku is not and will never be a good President that will put smile on the faces of Nigerians considering his antecedent in public service and the party he represent; it's like going back to Egypt but this days one can't predict the electorates with the shout of hunger here and there as there was a time we were been given food free of charge and comparing what happened in osun election where an empty headed person and known dancer almost won an election in a supposed enlightened state call for concern!!! Therefore I will implore the APC and government official to go all out to reel out the achievement of this government and the position they are expecting the Nigeria economy to be in the next one year with verifiable statistics not this integrity versus corruption indices. An average Nigerian of today wants what to eat immediately even if he/she begins to suffer afterwards which is bad omen for a long term plan which progressive government is all about; therefore the ruling party and government official official has a lot to do for darkness not to overcome their light.

Read up from the above link. Atiku as well as Buhari used their wives to launder Oil money bribe and PTDF funds bribe paid out by harliburton. As well as Dumebi Kachikwu, Ibe Kachikwu's brother.

Buterflyle0:
Okay the PDP presidential primaries have come and gone and a winner and Presidential flag bearer for the party has emerged. He is Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

I am happy for PDP for choosing to field him as the opponent to President Buhari because in so many ways, it clearly sets us back to the scenario of 2015 which is the issue of Corruption vs Integrity.

Under same scenario in 2015, we know how that played out especially with the help of card readers which ensured that PDP no longer were able to inflate vote figures.

Same PDP in the form of Bukola Saraki the senate president recently tried to eliminate the card readers from the new modified electoral act but Buhari insisted it should be clearly included in the electoral act before he would endorse it. After much back and forth, it was included.

PDP in the past has been tagged as a party with a religion of looting and Nigerians were hoping that this time around, after being given 4 years break from power they would come back refined and more appealing to the many decent Nigerians who abhor all forms of corrupt practices but sadly they seem to have failed in this regard.

Right from their Primaries, it was evident that they just did not care about what people thought about them as they brazenly bribed delegates with large sums of dollars out of desperation and this speaks badly of where they are headed and why.

Between $2500 and $10,000 was shared per delegate by the aspirants of which Atiku was the largest bribe giver.

It is also on record that Atiku had been indicted on money laundry charges by the United States of America in conjunction with Homeland security. Anyone who knows how the homeland security works in USA would know that they are directly responsible for who is allowed in or out of the United states.

Once you are on their radar and red flagged, you have absolutely no hope of getting into the United States of America until your charges have been dropped and they have cleared you.

Atiku for many years (since 2008) has refused to step a foot in the united States based on the reason above. His partners in the money laundry crime have all been arrested, charged and jailed except him. Even his 4th wife resident in the USA who was an accomplice was arrested and jailed.

As it stands, Atiku is a wanted man in the United States of America.

His case was so deep, it became a case study on Corruption for homeland security in the USA.

For a party like PDP to still brazenly want to frolick with a known wanted man and a prolific looter of Nigerias Commonwealth, it shows that this party is far from turning over a new leaf and are still hell bent on continuing with their looting religion but this time, under a new ATM with no pin code called Atiku.

Obasanjo had his fair share of his thieving ways and has never forgiven him till date, now PDP have embraced this internationally known thief as their figure head for 2019 presidential polls. Talk about bad image laundering.

Anyway, attached is from the united states homeland Security with emphasis (mine) on Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.

You be the Judge!

Mynd44, OAM4J let's get more input from the front page.

Goodmorning Gavelslam, Modath, ThrowBack, Midolian what say you?
