You needn’t buy, Google have a tight policy when it comes to their Adsense. I don’t support buying Adsense. A lot of them have root problems that seller won’t tell you about. I have 2 Nigerian verified Adsense and trust me I applied for them by myself in the pace of 6months. Work on your blog and apply. My advice though.

NB: Like I said, Google Adsense policy is tighter than anything I’ve seen, don’t at any time click ur add except if you have the publisher tool installed on ur browser, don’t engage in paid add traffics and don’t engage in plagiarism. The penalty is permanent suspension.

I would love to reapply myself but i'm sceptical will be approved as my account got banned some years ago. The only option left tome is to buy.

Hi, I don't think you're allowed to get back on Adsense once you're banned whether you're BUYING or APPLYING buy urself. It's stated clearly on d email they send you when you're banned.

I might wrong though, so gurus in d house shud contribute too.

No o. I got banned several years ago; almost 10 years ago on nigeriancenter.com .This domain is barely three months old.
