We shouldn't be allowing this na. Tighten the security abeg. We no sabi who be who.

The police went as far as attacking some fans but the players led by Leon Balogun told the police to leave the fans alone. The one's who didn't want ran to the bus but others like Iwobi and Ndidi hung on a bit.

I don't expect much changes but maybe at both fullbacks and AMF.

I see. Thanks

. He hit the bar twice. One against England and the other against Seychelles. That's quite unlucky to me. Average? Maybe but no one can really say he's not been trying to score. I hope he scores to redeem his image for some time or at least for his sanity grin grin

Come on, in 3 years Forget luck.. the guy has not been good enough.

Good to know. Are you sure the news of his switch was actually authentic?

Yet to switch his nationality.. Probably still nursing the interest.

Either he is bang average or just unlucky... The guy just can't convert his chance well..

I can't remember a game he has played under Rohr where he didn't get a scoring chance .. Do u remember that Zambia game in Uyo? When Iwobi made a mad run for the ball after a failed Zambia corner...He got the ball from his opponent and laid a beautiful pass for Ighalo who had just the keeper to beat.. He couldn't even trap the ball properly and lost it.. Mehn. it was painful... Add to the two chances he missed against Argentina...

If he can't deliver against Libya tomorrow,he should be dropped !!
.

Yes I remember that chance where he decided to cut back instead of shooting at once. That got me mad mehn. Let's wait for tomorrow. Hopefully he scores

I was there but if I didn't know Iwobi I would be asking what the Jordon Hybe is about. He didn't do anything we see on TV,, in fact his best moment was a delicious chip of Ezenwa something he has not done yet

Ighalo seems to be on a mission. He was no smiles while coming and he didn't look like a guy lacking in confidence but I wouldn't call yesterday's performance a mind changer because they didn't do much.
I was most impressed with Ola Aina. Seems to have lost a bit of weight and not only did he score 2 belters he looked more comfortable defensively.

Also I don't think those calling for Henry as top 9 know exactly how slender the boy's frame is
well, its not by frowning of face, the fact is that he is either not good for SE or unlucky in the GWG shirt, which ever of the two.....I just don't wish to see him play tomorrow....

I definitely hope not! I mean, after the stinker he had in Russia, I will really pick issues with Rohr if Idowu starts ahead of Aina (or Collins) this time. Hopefully, playing in Serie A has helped Aina to improve because he didn't really show us anything before the World Cup.

I would be very surprised if Idowu is not our starting LB in the AFCON

Not a bad line up, if you ask me. Personally, I wouldn't start either one of Ighalo or Onazi but I can live with that ... one person I wouldn't wanna see in the Super Eagles starting line up is Bryan Idowu.

O pari

tbaba1234:
Rohr team A in training. Most likely starting line up.

Team A:

Francis Uzoho

Shehu Abdullahi

Jamilu Collins

Leon Balogun ‎

William Troost-Ekong

Ogenyi Onazi

Wilfred Ndidi

Alex Iwobi

Ahmed Musa

Samuel Kalu

Odion Ighalo

Well it is also not by fans wishes..... Start picturing him starting because that is most likely what will happen on Saturday

Which Nigeria striker is world class ?
Yes ighalo is average .
But sorry bro ,there is no single world class player in the super eagles
So what are you trying to say ?
Iwobi is not very far off,IMO.

Lookman is a fantastic player with a lot of speed and skills. Don't know why he's yet to see a minute in Everton 's color this season.

If he end us switching his nationality to Nigeria, not sure Rohr knows how to use him.

grin Musa has regain his cult hero status among Nigeria fans after his world cup display... Dude already has an afcon and 4 world goals to his name. That enough to classify him a legend already... grin If he scores tomorrow, then he has permanently cemented his place in the team even if its Malta he is playing grin

I tell you...if not that I don't play bet.
I would have bet huge sum on that....
the goalless striker will score nothing even though iwobi will likely get to play the AM role.
with the chances he gonna create for the dude...still gonna miss sitters.

Can't understand his situation at Everton. I think the coach may see him as not yet mature for the big stage.
