These people believe elections are built around emotions. Elections in Nigeria are about selfish interest, and it won't change because Ndigbo claim not to Love Buhari.

These Governors want firm commitment from Buhari, that their Second term seat are secured.

Obiano will not want a Peter Obi to Lord things on him.

They already know how the elections that brought them were concocted and know APC won't allow it next year.
