The video was not doctored however it is not clear the form of transaction ongoing since there is no audio discussion of bribe activity to accompany the video or any text communication between the giver /receiver of the bribe to confirm this ; however the moral onus is on Ganduje to explain what the transaction he was seen engaging in was about and support it with adequate proof if indeed it was legitimate otherwise one can only conclude it is bribe as proposed by the newspaper

What is however clear to the world is that Ganduje received some amount of money and he put the said bundles in his babariga

But EFCC Froze the accounts of the Benue state and Akwa ibom state government and the reason they gave was that both governors were under investigation.

Infact, the benue state government challenged this reason in court, and the court ruled that indeed the EFCC has powers to investigate a state government's activities.

What has changed between then and now?

Or is it because it is now an APC governor that ought to be investigated and not a PDP governor?

Buhari can't investigate any sitting governor, your useless constitution protects him, the best that can happen now is for the state assembly to impeach him or he's forced to resign.

Buhari can't veto a state governor into resigning, if that was possible, Fayose would have been dealt with before now.

sorry! I don't anything to believe in that video. As you rightly said, this not about apc or pdp but clear understanding of politics. The video that do not record voice and no image of of the person giving the money. The video only showing the hands of the giver and ganduje sitting down and later stand up to be packing money without uttering a word. I can't believe it except if another video will show face of the giver and their conversation.

The publisher explained that the audio was removed to protected the identity of the giver who is presently under threat. The video with audio version had been shown to some media houses and independent verificators. Amnesty International had even issued a statement asking that the journalist and his family should be protected. Why are some people trying to defend falsehood in the name of politics? The reasoning ability of some Nigerian youths is very defective.
