Scam Alert! Adam Tijani with the phone number, 07011435598, is a notorious thief

I placed an advert that I need fiverr reviews yesterday, and unsuspectingly, this notorious thief called Adam Tijani contacted me on Whatsapp. He said he has both Nigerian and USA account. We agreed on price, N2,000 and N2,200, respectively. After that he ordered my gigs and asked me to pay, then he will leave the reviews after payment. I initially hesitated, but later agreed because that has being the norm. I paid To his Zenith Bank account, 2120268858 with the name, Adam Tijani. To my surprise, after I delivered the first order, fiverr alerted me of a cancellation request. I thought he was trying to fake an authentic order. So I contacted him on Whatsapp, but alas! this thief was no longer replying me. I delivered the order again, again he initiated cancellation, which I declined. He did a third, and a fourth time. That was when it dawned on me that the scammer has parted with my N4,200.

Each time he rejects my delivery on fiverr, he will write things like: unsatisfactory job, cancel the order; I will get another freelancer; you're threatening me, which is against fiverr rule; etc.

The mistake I made was I did not ask for his nairaland moniker when he contacted me. I have managed to get his pictures through his fiverr account. His Nigerian account is adeletoymas, while his UK account is karen_william.

I'm working out plans to get him, and would really appreciate a better advice on how to deal with this thief.

Chai, imagine the criminal. Since he wants to be a fraudster why not go into it full time and join yahoo plus instead of being a petty one going after peanuts while receiving worse curse!? He has met his Waterloo because he is going to lose more. But next time be wary of people offering ridiculous price because that should have been a red flag. How can he sell a review for 2000 when he is going to spend $7 for it? That would mean 320*7=2220. Well except he is absolutely broke and needed it for emergency. Meanwhile I have reviews for sale from US and Nigeria account.

Someone bought a review from me with this Fiverr account and has refused to pay. he kept delivering the order while I kept sending it back for revision. I sent a request to cancel and he's declining.

I don't want to contact customer support over this issue.

The stupid fellow has blocked me on WhatsApp and phone.

I'm the owner of the account: https://www.fiverr.com/karen_william and I think I'm beginning to understand what is going on here. I have experienced this nonsense on once facebook; I never knew this thread is full of scammers too.

Both of us just scammed. I will release the screenshot of my chats with the idiot shortly.

When the guy blocked me on WhatsApp and delivered the order without paying me, I knew it was this same cheap scam again, but I didn't know how to trace the original owner of the Fiverr account because I posted my advert in three different Fiverr threads on Nairaland.

this morning, I tried to reach the scammer with my second line and he was just hanging up on me.

I then decided to trace the three thread in which I posted. If you look carefully, you will notice I posted a Fiverr account and the phone number of the scammer in question in the thread already before seeing this post.

I have made the same post in two other thread already. This is the third thread I'm checking out this morning, only to read this post and see one of my Fiverr accounts here.

I'm the owner of the UK account Karen_William. This Tijani guy contacted me on WhatsApp that he wanted to buy a review. We agreed on N2400. He dropped the Fiverr profile below. I placed an order, dropped my account details and was expecting my money. the guy went online and never replied any of my messages again. I later discovered that he had actually blocked me.

several hours later, he delivered the other, and I kept messaging him on WhatsApp, asking him why he delivered the order without making payment, but he already blocked me. I tried calling him and then realized he had blocked me also.

I sent a request to cancel the order and he declined. I was thinking of marking the order as complete and then dropping wicked, 1-star review before stumbling on this thread and some other posts in other threads

I have some orders I will like to outsource because of time constraints
