Coach of the Super Eagles of Nigeria Gernot Rohr has released his line up for today’s game against Libya in the race to be at the 2019 African Cup of Nations, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively reveal.

Injured Shehu Abdullahi who started in the first tie against Libya misses out and Ola Aina who replaced him starts today’s game at right full back while Rotherham defender Semi Ajayi makes the matchday squad after missing out entirely last weekend.

The squad will play same 4-2-3-1 formation like the tie they won 4-0 over the weekend as Rohr eyes a win which will secure their spot in next year African Cup of Nations.

The Libyans are more desperate for a win than we are... that will b a huge advantage for us if we can play defensive and attack them on the counter.. I trust our counter attack .

We just gotta avoid giving out fouls in dangerous position so what happened against Cameroon in Yaoundé and Algeria in Constainte doesn't repeat itself...

Maybe it's because Kalu is a starter ahead of Onyekuru in the GWG that people are hyping him like this... Onyekuru at 21 already has 40 career goals in less than 90 appearance. Kalu hasn't reached 20..They are of the same age and play the same position. Onyekuru has been consistent at every club he's played for and if not for injury,he might have made our world cup squad...

Football is full of surprises...this same team went to South Africa who beat us 2-0 here to draw 2-2.the same team team came here,and we pumelled them 4-0...anything can happen. But from a reprot i saw...we will be defending deep and counter-attacking which Iwobi is going to spearhead because of his passing accuracy
