Good observation! Uzoho is definitely better than anyone we have at present but that's not to say that he's a solid reliable goalkeeper. For instance, there was one easy ball he parried instead of grabbing the ball, and that nearly resulted in a goal. And I wonder if someone had ever taught him how to punch a ball and punch it way out of danger instead of punching right into his 18 yard box.

All in all, I think that our boys started getting a little complacent once we went two goals up. Let's hope Rohr would speak and talk sense into their heads.

I do not like our pace whenever we hold the ball....its like we are here for a draw...Seychelles have offered us a lifeline to top the group...We should wrap up qualification with this match....Seychelles may come here to frustrate us and South Africa will refuse to go down in their backyard....time is now to nick this qualification here in Tunisia

This may not be a popular opinion but Iwobi is not our solution. He is creative no doubt, but he is not a controller. At 2 goals up we were still playing at the pace the Libyans want us to play, same thing in the first leg. If Iwobi cannot control a match against Libya will he manage against any other team? Libya controlled the first leg and should have scored way more, they are controlling this one and should be level or even ahead but we are lucky.

Ndidi, I wonder why nobody criticises him, he is doing absolutely nothing. We attack Etebo for holding on to the ball too much but Ndidi does nothing, he does not chase the ball, he just has an automatic shirt which makes no sense. I watched the Algeria match and Ogu is a good controller, without Mikel he should be playing a part in all our matches, he will offer way more with Etebo than Ndidi
sorry bro, but is it this same match going on ure talking about?. Libya isn't in control of the match and their goal came about from a set piece that Nigeria took their legs of the pedal. Even the commentators were saying that Nigerian are finding the game too easy. If u want to give a report, pls be truthful. Not sounding overtly pessimistic and critical.

Uzoho has been jittery from day 1.
And if you had seen my post that day, you'd have seen that I suggested calling up Theophilus Afelokhai as a backup to bring his experience and help the lad improve, while also playing a few games himself.
Bros, to be honest, if Uzoho, this version of Uzoho, is the absolute best goalkeeper 185 million people can produce, we should be worried.

Why do you get a lot of energy when it seems 9ja is struggling. I wasn't sure I saw a lot of your comments when we won 4-0. By the way we are not down and out at all yet.

You go be harsh parent o, always magnifying small defects and downplaying the obvious good parts.

These commentators? Do you even know what the pace of a match is?? The Libyans are pushing the ball rapidly trying to play at a fast pace, Mikel would have slowed the game down to suit us since we are winning, that is what controlling a match means, have we been playing this match at our own pace? So how are we controlling this game? I never said Libya is controlling the game, I said we are not in control because we are playing at Libya's pace, two very very different things

I was here, even Joebie mentioned that we didn't really play fantastically well, I celebrated the win because I thought the technical crew would look at the mistakes and correct it, but they haven't. That's why I started commenting on it

and the responsibility of how the team play rest only on the shoulders of iwobi? they are three in the middle and everyone of them have their duty where as iwobi is given the licence to roam around and create something, ndidi is the shield of the back four so etebo is suppose to be the one to detect the tempo of the team's game flow but he lacks the qualities

i said it few days ago that the best midfielder trio for the team should be mikel(to be deployed as a deep laying player maker),ndidi(as the box to box midfielder) and iwobi(as the the teams number 10)

I meant he is not our solution to life after Mikel. We need a controller with him in that middle, he can create and let the controller detect the tempo. My point
