Ighalo is winning our hearts back, proving to critics he still got it, including me. But he should thank Rhor for sticking with him cos if its another coach I dont think the story will be the same. As for Rhor, I hate his substitutions, very stingy with sub, dude will wait till its 75min and above before making sub even if it is a dead rubber game. Am afraid he is not learning anything new, someone should tell him this he is too rigid with sub and changes. If we don't watch it we may lose another 3 points, He may forget that Ndidi or someone else is ineligible to play next game, the man just be like robot 1 Like |

This is the type of match I tag 'it has come and gone' . If not for greed and favouritism,Nigeria has better qualified coaches than Rohr. Kudos guys for the win and S.O to Ighalo,I still haven't forgiven him for the WC miss though |

Ighalo just knows how to shut his critics..good game on both legs for Ighalo...we need him to do what strikers do and we won't criticise him.. And can someone please tell white Onigbinde to make earlier subs, it was obvious some of our players were getting tired as the libyans were chasing the game..instead of adding more energy, our oga waited till they equalized.. Too be honest, I doubt Rohr can really harvest and optimize all the talents we have at our disposal..he is just too rigid!!! |

Lagos traffic almost made me miss this game but God pass them. A good game for the boys. Ighalo has redeemed his image and must please maintain it. We don't want this to be another flash in the pan. Else we bring out our whips again. Uzoho was truly tested today, but for some school boy errors and poor kick-outs he did pretty well. Ndidi didn't particularly have a good game. Didn't do enough to shield the CBs. I love Iwobi's pace together with his ability to get the team out of tight spots. Good to see him play from the middle also from the left flank. The Oyinbo wall was stretched today and their fragility exposed. However, over-all they still put in a good game. The two full backs did a good job overall. Except that Collins got overwhelmed later in the game. Etebo fizzled-out as the game progressed, his inability to take charge of the midfield cost us the control of the game. Kalu was largely anonymous while Musa had an above average game. Onyekuru still needs to gain composure in front of the goal. We learn new things about the team with each game, and overall the team is getting better. Overall, 10/10 for the team cos we got all 6 available points. We should be celebrating our return to the AFCON because we only need 1 pt from our last 2 games to qualify. However, we should first endeavour to pay South Africa back in front of their home crowd. If we can book the ticket with the SA game, for the Seychelles game we can parade an experimental squad. All those calling for the capping of one player or the other would take over the mic and a good number of our young prospects be invited and have a good look-in. If they cannot beat Seychelles in Uyo then they have nothing to offer. 22 Likes 2 Shares |

Mickael2:Dumb comment. This is like me saying give Nigeria Xavi and they'd have better control of the midfield and would have easily seen the game out at 2 nil. 1 Like |

Odunayaw: Stop being sentimental, tactical substitutions are made to counter the opposition threat which was what the Libyan coach did and what did your coach do? If he can't react in the first half OK but what about the second half when libya made another change, some players were getting tired so is it a sin to bring in fresh players? 2 Likes |

tbaba1234:We were giving as much as we were receiving. It seems you are absolving the players. For crying out loud these guys were ball watching (51-79mins). Was it tiredness or just indiscipline I only agree with the winger matter because it was obvious Kalu was at his ends by the 70th 1 Like |

Goke7:Now he's my coach only? How convenient I only agree Kalu should have come off sooner because his wing was very porous for a good part of 2nd half. The players the Libyan coach brought on in 2nd half were effectively caged. Except its another game we are talking about, their Number 6 was the danger man and he kept running through Kalu's loopholes no? Did the good opportunities not come from that wing? Was that Black dude (Number 6) the sub? |

By this post you've admitted that the coach was not tactical. It pained me that fans are the ones seeing what a coach ought to see. Same thing cost us at last World Cup against Argentina. Odunayaw: 1 Like 1 Share |

Odunayaw: It has a lot to do with rohr..all d player on d pitch just played 90mins+ 3days ago..so d coach ought to av figured out ahead dt dey would be fatigued at some point during d match wc would necessitate new legs to b introduce,it was obvious dt after 60mins+,we lost d midfield battle to d Libyans wc resulted to deir equaliser, had it been he made d change earlier, our players would av re organize demselves and gain d rhythm of d match.however, we av won,wc is d koko |

all these guys shouting Aina Aina as if Aina carry their underwear the guy was good today made a vital block to keep the score at 2 - 1 someone gave the ball away deep in our own half for the equalizer and uzoho should have held on to ball not spilled it overall a good team performance ......some guys are just full of negative critiscm 5 Likes 1 Share |

since kalu is not what he thought he is rohr should try club brugge's bonventure dennis to see if he will add more quality. also ojo who have made it known that he will take up the chance if called up is another good option, same as lookman but it seem the bobo matter no too pure yet 1 Like |
