Do you have time to work one full day there and compare your daily earnings with the average you make in Lagos? Since drivers are not much there yet, I have where I can stay there so moving down and enjoy back to back trips before it gets saturated like lagos is an option

No I did not have time to work full time but the issue on during the day is pick up location is far well on Saturday I work from 11 till like 7 and get 12k with 2300k fuel

The worst of them all today. (Uber)
I dropped some1 at house of assembly, den got another request from same point.
Called rider and she said she isnt in house of assembly,
I should come to d secretariat. Block 1.
I got there. At the parking lot.
Her pick up still shows house of assembly.

I waited like 12mins, no show, if i cancel i wont get paid, she called after 15mins+, that i should come to some other parking lot.
When i tried to, the security men said i was going the wrong way...at the same time she was calling and shouting "where are u"
I got frustrated and confused and had to cancel d trip and find my way out....

The next thing she sent these 2 sms
I just acted i didn't see them. But the thing dey vex me like dis
Whats ur thought guys?

Ignore her.

How about if vehicle due to it's age is only available on Uber. What would you advice to make most of the 12 hours allotted?

Test vehicle for this hypothesis :- 2001 Toyota Camry

To make most of your 12hours, firstly avoid all those short short trips with multiple stops, once I rider informs you we are going here, then there, back her and there again. Just find way to discharge yourself after first stop.

Remain stationed after completing any trip, if you feel like repositioning then you must go offline till you get to your perceived favourable location. (For instance, you take a rider to ikorodu, where uber exist not, you will need to drive all the wy back to around mile12. So don't be online when doing that)

Target long distance trips and work during peak period. Keep 2 hours for your self just incase it starts to surge. You don't wanna be locked out cos u exceeded your 12hrs doing peanuts

I hate those short trips way go still tell you to wait say them wan chop.

At the end of 2hrs of waiting and driving, uber go calculate your money as 1600.

Every one wants to go into e-hailing grin.
I could remember a request I got that independence Day, the rider called and said he will like to get a Siena bus that will take about 10 of them with their loads Off to the beach.
I smiled and told him that he will not get such vehicle but he didn't believe me. I didn't blame him cos I knew he was a newbie rider with 5 star rating.

Ok...so do you think it will not favour sienna?

Another angle to it, the sienna being on the platform will be like a form of awareness for offline long distance trips. (Just thinking out loud)

Very interesting angle.... But on the down side. It will cause abuse, meaning by the time you pick people up, they might want to overload the van.. Would you now reject them.. U have to now put restriction on what they can carry... naija people fit over do things..

in traffic you can get 5km to 1liter of fuel. Maintenance is like every other car.

It is not about favour. Vans are not allowed on either platform - wagon, SUVs, hatch back and salons are the vehicles allowed.
