Atiku Holds Minority Shares In Intels, Sold Part Of It To Tinubu - This Day

Intels is Nigeria biggest oil and gas logistics service provider, with its operational headquarters in Onne.

It was set up three decades ago by Volpi and former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar who has always held a minority stake in the firm.

The former vice-president held a 17.2 per cent stake in Intels, which he whittled down after he sold part of his stake to former Lagos State governor and National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Bola Tinubu.

Atiku is often erroneously reported in the media that Intels belongs to Atiku Abubakar. But he has always been a minority shareholder in the company. Until recently, he had a 17.2 per cent stake in Intels, but even that was whittled down when he sold part of his stake to Asiwaju Bola Tinubu,” explained a company source recently.

So Tinubu is the major share holder of Intel.. meaning, Tinubu own Intel and not Atiku , as earlier reported .

the truth is gradually coming out now .

Nigeria will die completely if we don't right our wrongs in 2019 with our votes .

It surprise me how you guys criticise Atiku and worship Tinubu, that's height of hypocrisy, Tinubu is part of Intels and he is APC party leader, same money from Intels was used to fund Buhari's campaign. When Atiku was with APC he was saint, now he is challenging Buhari, he is now corrupt, Atiku is minority shareholder same with BAT, they are not the Major shareholders

He who comes into equity must come with clean hands.

It is people like you that give Buhari the courage to say "Nigerian youths are lazy ". Better go and assess your life before you die in poverty .

If Buhari is serious to fight corruption he should start with APC leaders, he is busy arresting those that recieved PDP campaign funds, how about Buhari questioning and arresting those that funded his Presidential campaign 2015 from corruption proceeds and still support him today

Oga, if you dwell on Nigeria and the many woes attached to it you would only end up being miserable for the rest of your natural life . My advice is that you forget about people like Buhari and focus on making a serious change in Nigeria . That change must first start with you and me

Are you sure you can read? The Article states that Atiku had a 17.2% stake in intels before he sold some of that to Tinubu.

How does Tinubu who owns less than 17% become the majority shareholder?

Tinubu will not "ridicule" anyone publicly needlessly because of culture & breeding... Omoluabi ethics forbids it.. It's nauseating...
You can disagree with someone to the last line , insults and abuses are symptoms of ill breeding, severe emotional intelligence deficiency& zero ethics...

Don't mind them, Tinubu is a director and shareholder in Intels logistics, while the principal owner is Gabriel volpi,Italian., they are quick to attack Atiku and cover Tinubu APC party leader
