So you intend to spam this thread with useless back and forth arguments with those anti Igbo m0rons untill it get to the point that those of us who visit these thread to get updates and information on growth and development in Igboland and insight into the contradictions and interplay of different ethnic actors in Nigeria and their effect on Ndi Igbo; would be discourage by YOUR UNINTELLIGENT DECISION TO ENGAGE THESE ANTI IGBO SIMPLETONS WHO ARE BENT IN LETTING US KNOW THAT THEY HAVE NOTHING INSIDE THEIR COCONUT HEADS.

When several pages of this thread is littered with fake gory pictures, useless arguments, lies, deceit by you and those anti Igbo urchins; you would have succeeded in making Igbo visitors to this thread to skip your opinions/comments just as the comments of these urchins are ignored. You stand a high risk of your insightful information getting ignored/skipped or wrongly misrepresented as part of your mud fight with with these urchins. Hence, you would have succeeded in rubbishing and changing your reputation as an Igbo intelligentsia whose comment and opinions should be closely followed and taken seriously to an undisciplined and loquacious fellow whose comments are unnecessary & empty in information. Thus should be quickly skipped to other wise comments.

What is this one talking about? oga go and sit down one side biko, everything he says here is the truth and nothing but the truth. My problem with ndigbo is that we don't know when to exclude emotions from rational thinking.

Thanks.

What do you guys think?
I think it's best SE sticks with PDP on national level.
If it is Buhari who wins re-election in 2019, when power comes back to South in 2023 I bet Tinubu will have the complete structure to win the ticket and pick El Rufai to complement the Northern vice.

And on the other hand, PDP will have a meeting after the failure and zone 2023 presidency to the SE. 2023 presidency on PDP platform can't be zoned to north again because in the country they will have completed the northern 8 tenure. It can't return to SS or SW because they've had their turn at presidency on PDP.

It can't be north central cause core north just finished the turn for entire north.

So let's stick with PDP. They lose, we get 2023 slot.

And in the case PDP wins in 2023.

We must demand the position of transport minister via osita chidoka as well as minister for interior to counter every fulani land grabbing encroachment in SE.

The minister for transport under chidoka is essential to fully reconstruct ALL federal roads in dilapidated condition in the SE, link all SE cities via rail tracks and put AIIA on world map over port Harcourt nonsense.

Minister for transport with strong igbo passion is what we need most from incoming PDP government. Because that is the sole ministry in charge of infrastructure.

Very good analysis.
Tinubu has APC on the lockdown . APC is in his full grasp and poised to present a Yoruba Presidential candidate after Buhari. This is clear even to the blind. The Igbo APC are powerless bunch.

As far as 2023 presidential race is involved, there is nothing for Ndiigbo in APC.
However, that does not mean we become antagonistic to Buhari this 2019.

First the assumption of a pdp win is premature and putting all our eggs in that basket has brought us into the current pathetic position.

Construction of roads are more of political negotiations than of hope, after vp osinbajo was picked, the sw still negotiated for the lagos-ib-ilorin exp,to make sure it was nt left to change fashola was made minister and we all know how his zone has collected 40 % of the roads budget.

The more important thing is how much are we demanding for our support, ohaneze elders and youth are planning a 2 million man march in exchange for what.also how does the current massive support reflect on the agitations for biafra.

If atiku/obi lose, would cries of biafra nt be seen as sour grapes,if they win the antecedents of obi and ezu river are nothing to smile about.

Ebonyi man is deemed to be a regional man but the problem with most of it is that Anambra always wants to stand out to claim that it's more Igbo than any other part of Igboland, he claims to be at the top, that no one is more superior than he is and that can say is a blatant lie, having come from Ebonyi I believe that Ebonyi man is a regional man by nature but he still not given chance to prove it . We don't envy Anambra people but we hate their stupid primitive superiority that is ignorantly running in their ugly genetic vein (haha).

That is why I like it here in Australia no one is belittled or degraded, everyone is equal. Chairman of Ohaneze Ndi Igbo here in the state where I live is an Igbo man from Ebonyi, he never set aside of his state people the entire Igboland. So, Anambra and his co oppressor should accommodate everyone peacefully.
hammerF:

Unu anugo...

We are Anambra men fighting for Enugu international airport.

Anambra will always prioritise Igbo interest.

This is why other states like Ebonyi envy us but truth be told, Ebonyi will only fight for Ebonyi, same Imo and Abia but Anambra is a regional power.

What the south east needs are 5 massive cargo airports in Aba, umuleri, owerri, Abakaliki, and nsukka. It will accommodate the latest massive cargo planes. Once done, about 60 to 75% of our daily shipping into Nigeria will be taken care of.

The remaining 25% can be through river ports. Ethiopia was able to do it. We can do better than them.

The National inland waterway authority confirmed this year that 60% of all the good imported into Nigeria goes through onitsha.

5 cargo airports in the SE? Do you know the number of containers that get transported from Lagos to Onitsha annually? Even 15 cargo airports cannot carry that number. Have you asked yourself how many Cargo Airplanes will be utilized to import all those goods and the cost of purchasing the Airplanes and transporting the goods by air? No country can achieve a great economy by depending on air import and export that is why Switzerland had to build to Swizz canal, Ethiopia had to construct a rail from Djibouti's seaport to Ethiopia, DR Congo had to ensure that they claimed the small portion of land in Angola thereby dividing Angola into two just to have access to the sea.
The quantity of containers a cargo ship can transport at a time is more than the quantity 100 cargo airplanes can transport at a time. Ndigbo must discover a way to have access to the sea by any means possible even if it involves spending billions of naira over the next 5 years on dredging the Imo river.

I think we are being distracted by shiny things.

We need to focus on developing Alaigbo and forget these positions. Our political class (with very few exceptions like Odua) has never handled these FG posts for the good of Alaigbo. They have disappointed. After 16 years in power, what have we gained from PDP as common Igbo people. Is it Roads, Railways, Ports or Power?

The only thing we have gained is incumbents using FG power to perpetuate themselves in power without regards to their performance.

Tactically, it’s better for PDP to lose so that our governors will know that they have to rely on us to stay in office.

Ultimately, we all need to come together and craft a plan to develop our region without relying on shifting Nigerian political sands. When the political class find themselves out of national reckoning for another 4years and with increasingly determined Biafra agitators snapping at their heels. No one will tell them that they need to seat down and craft an inclusive plan for economic development )not glass tunnels)

If Nnamdi KANU is in federal government detention in a secret facility, my respect for him still stands.

If he is dead. Rip. My respect stands; that he died for his belief.

But if he found a way to flee, and living a free life in far away and developed Israel, whereas his followers have died in their thousands. I curse his soul and will forever be against him.

That video had better be fake. I was very upset I ever believed in him when I saw it. Scam of a man!

Shouldn't leaders die for their followers and not the other way round?

Ojukwu who lived to fight another day didn't achieve anything on the "another day" he survived for.

We already have enough leaders who will rather their followers die for them. What we need in SE is genuine leaders who can die for their followers. Because that's real love that will cast away all selfishness and temptation from Nigeria and wind up doing so good for the igbo nation.

There life was taken from them by fulani army.

The fulani army also attempted to take Nnamdi Kanu life too.

IPOB intend to preserve the life of their members.

This is y they call sit at home.

Do u remember how the Nigeria Army went out of their way to murder a young man for sitting at home.

Of course Igbos should stick with PDP. We have no choice at this point. The time they could have made serious inroads in APC was in 2015, trying to get in Buhari's good graces, but we've burnt our bridges completely with the APC hierarchy, and there's no chance than Tinubu's political machinery would surrender all they've labored for to Igbos. And rightly so.

I would keep saying it that the bitterness and hatred Igbos harboured for and directed at Buhari since the 2015 elections went too far and was disproportionate to whatever perceived wrongs they thought he ever did to them. Not even Niger Delta people whose son lost the election went as mad as Ndigbo did after that election - culminating in the Kanu-led IPOB tantrums. They have directed a lot of hatred at Buhari and at this point, the guy has probably just said "screw it.....I'm sick of these people". I genuinely believe Buhari would have been prepared to hand over to an Igbo man for justice and equity had we supported or at least respected his mandate, but there is no way in hell he'll ever do that now.

I'm sure Israel carefully police all entries to their country. As long as Kanu is not a security threat, he'd get a travel visa. This doesn't mean in any way they care what some Nigerian charlatan is up to in Nigerian politics. Israel don't care for their fellow Semitic people, Palestinians.
