The Ref did not stop anything. This has been refuted countless times. Ref made mistakes for both teams. Barca played with a man down for hours for a wrong red card on Abidal. If Ref wanted to help Barca, why give them such a huge handicap and hope they will score in the final second from a long range shot?

You are not dominating your opposing counterpart if you are doing something else to stop him other than what you are primarily built for. I am sure if Ederson makes 5 assists in a game but City lose 6-5, Pep will not praise him or say that he dominated the other keeper.
