I wish many more builders or service providers did this turnkey thing. In my experience, it's the things that lie in the gap between each artisan group's work on site that ends up jacking up the cost of the overall project. And each one goes 'Oga, not my concern' after collecting their money.

Of course, it means the design and interiors have been throughly checked and agreed beforehand but well worth it.

Yes. It includes all doors, windows, all tiles and all kitchen cabinets, electrical wiring and electrical fittings with labor for fittings, transport , workmanship and supervision. The only thing in the following pictures not inclusive of N25m is the Air conditioners.

This house truly turned out to be a masterpiece!
I initially was not thrilled by the color of the bricks, but i now see the owner and Spyder had superior ideas.

I think this color of bricks should be incorporated into more buildings. It has a way of screaming "Class" on the building.
