Did u change the Lnb,dstv explora lnb is different from the normal Lnb

Bro ur issue is simple.if u are using smart LNB connect a cable to unicable direct to ur explora then there is another output there called universal.connect a cable from it to the HD decoder to give it signal .lobatan.For the switch pick ur signal to the HD decoder from any of the 5 way out of it.since u said they are using it already with the explora.
