There are sicknesses and there are diseases. Sicknesses/afflictions are caused by different things.

Afflictions are psychological. The doctors are at loss as to their cause, hence cannot proffer a cure for it. And, diseases are caused by our environmental factors. The Lord heals them both.

When the afflicted is brought before him, he addresses the root cause 'Sin' by saying 'Your sins are forgiven you', before administering bodily healing.

When it's just disease, he goes ahead to just lay his hands and heals them.

Now, to whether Christ healed only our Spiritual sickness which is sin or both, yes, it is both our bodies and our spirits.

Do you know He Christ our saviour left us His flesh and blood to be taking often?

His flesh mends our physical bodies, while His blood heals and purifies our spirits. It purges and fumigate us spiritually.

and what has what you said to do with isaiah 53:5, and with bloodof supported by sol lie saying that the healing from Jesus stripes in isaiah 53:5 is healing of physical sickness, and my saying it's healing of our transgressions and iniquities-sin

This is why Christ exhorts us not to judge. Because when you judge and criticise others you are actually exposing yourself and all your words come pointing back at you.

“Judge not, that you be not judged.
For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.
And why do you look at the speck in your brother’s eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?
Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me remove the speck from your eye’; and look, a plank is in your own eye?
Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother’s eye.
