Also, the Nigerian government used the anti-terrorism law of 2013 to proscribe IPOB. If IPOB is not a terrorist group, why use anti- terrorism laws to proscribe them? The administration of Trump came out to say that IPOB is not a terrorist group and that means they don't recognise the proscription.
