Conditional Cash Transfer Will Win Pmb 2nd Term!!! by utenwuson: 7:20am On Oct 23, 2018
Elections are not conducted online so I will advise all these Atikulating fellows to pipe low.

When ATIKU emerge winner of the dollarize primary, all the online ranting start attacking buhari relentlessly that sometimes I wonder if buhari will have one single vote, believe me when I say anti buhari is just popular online and does not in any way reflect on what will happen in real time election at the poll.

Now lemme introduce myself, I am a CTF (cash transfer facilitator) to the poor and vulnerable in rural communities, this money comes from the NCTO (national cash transfer office) under the social investment scheme, same as npower, school feeding program, GEEP etc.

These poor and vulnerable beneficiaries don't even know anyone, they don't even believe in the government before now, they are rural, they are mostly aged and have multiple families.

Funny enough when we came for enumeration, most of them declined to take passport, and have their thumb print captured cos of their mindset about how the previous government (pdp) uses them as bait to syphon money, names will be written to Abuja under sure-p and the rest his history, it takes the grace of God to get them convinced, but at last we successfully Enrolled at least 40 household in over 35 rural communities in every local government in the 30 States benefiting as at now!!! ... Just do the math.

In the zone I covered, in kogi state for example, every local government have over 1000 household benefiting from this 10k, and we have been consistent for over two years since we started....

Now we form what we call SGM (saving grouping mobilization) where these beneficiaries do contributions, this contributions takes turn to get to every one, funny enough this grouping sometimes elongated to December 2019, and some will ask us, what if buhari is no longer in power, what will happen to those who haven't collected their contributions and we simply tell them that will happen if they choose to vote other wise for pdp who deceived them over time before now and we end up laughing.......

The realest thing is that this people controls their households and who they choose to vote for depends on who the household caregiver ask them to vote for. Funny thing is we the CTF control all this things, 10k monthly maybe small to this online wailers but in reality 10k means a lot to these people.

I saw a thread on Twitter trying to discredit npower and twitter was on fire with punchlines attack from beneficiaries, and I say what if this old poor and vulnerable people at the rural area who actually are the one voting during election are online?

Election is not won online biko, most of these ATIKU guys don't even have pvc, buhari might not be the best but at least he care for the poor and less privileged and that's what pdp lacks.

not at all but no political party can win election without nation wide structure and that's what only Apc and PDP has for now.

Some people are just comfortable in their poverty

Nonsense

What will 5 thousand naira do in their life ?

Give their children job so they can take good care of their aged parents .

To some people,

"nothing", is better than 5,000 or 10,000.

Wailing for a living!

And pls don't tell me the money should be invested in power, roads or other amenities.
We've been waiting for them for 30 years.
