Buhari never said 5% ANYWHERE. I have tackled this so many times. He simply said that a certain region (precisely the Niger Delta) didn't vote for him as he would have wanted but he would still ensure that their interests are protected.

This was during a foreign interview and the person who asked him that question was a foreign female journalist.

The VP fired daura and replaced him with the next inline when the president was out of the country.Guess what when he (president) came back we all know what he did.

He has just made a comment telling nigerian people and nigerian companies that they can leave nigeria if they want is not stopping anybody leaving the country which type of president tales his people this and also the companies this. the business committee in nigeria asked this question a lot of companies are packing out of the country and people are running away from the country this is what he replied them.
