To add her as a dependant, you must legally adopt her and submit the papers as part of your application.

Hello Joo2018,

Thanks for the reply. Looks quite straight forward. Now what I want to ask is when u mean 'submit the papers', are u talking of application forms or temporary notices as for her to become my adopted daughter, I was told it ll take a about a year to complete ( Though I feel there might be a fast track since it's a relative adoption). Give or take, we should have received ITA and submitted by April next year (2019). So I don't know if it's ok if they receive partial documentation during the ITA processing stage or IRCC would want to wait till the whole process is done?

Hope this help. If you need clarification you can PM me.

Thanks for your support. My ices number and name were noted on the envelope.

Yes, you will go to WAEC office, with a copy of your result, 2 passports and an affidavit with 10k processing fee ( courier not included).

WES does not accept scratch card for Waec verification.

Thanks for your prompt response. Pls what will the affidavit contain or reffer to.

Just an idea so I can sort it out tomorrow at any court tomorrow

Hi guys. Please I need your input. God just blessed us with a baby and we want to add him to the application. When is the right time to inform CIC? Is it when all the documents are ready because they will only give us seven days to provide them or inform them now and request for enough time cos of the time medicals, Passport etc?

I don't think there is any implication. I think the point is clarity. If you can arrange your explanations clearly in 1500 characters, maybe with help of numbering, then you may use one form. After all, there was only one LOE upload tab in your original application and you were expected to provide all your explanations in one document.

Congrats for your Canadian baby.
Ideally, you are to inform them immediately. You are given more than 7days. You can read @Pacowo's timeline (here). He seems to have been given at least 30 days.
Because of Nigeria peculiarities however, you might work on getting a passport for your baby and booking medicals before informing them.

'submit the papers': During application, you will attach the adoption papers with your application.
I think partial documentation will stall your application. You are likely going to get ADRs for the complete documentation during processing with a specific deadline. Best to get all ready.
Good luck to you.

Calm down, calm down (in lasisi elenu's voice) cheesy
RPRF is a good indication that let's you know things are moving along smoothly
At a point, It used to be a great indicator to show golden mail is just around the corner however this may not be the case these days
Just the way ip2 is the new ip1 now
It could be almost golden mail for you (hopefully) but it may not be
Check my timeline to see what I mean

In any case congrats on your RPRF

Yes you can either include IRCC or leave it blank. By default, ICES grants CIC electronic access to your evaluation report wether you so permit or not. Mind you it's not electronic access to your personal info but your ECA Report ONLY. I hope this helps.

Thank you very helpful

The one I got came from CIC's Regional Medical Office directly to my e-mail address. But I hear that at times the RMO will contact the Panel Physician directly who will then call you for further tests.

Thank you

1. You are better being the PA because of your Masters.

2. You are better being the PA because you are probably younger than your husband

3. Your target scores for IELTS should be at least LRWS - 8777 for a CLB 9

4. You stand a good chance at getting a score above 440 (which is somewhat enough for an ITA at the moment) especially if you are <35 years old

5. For a robust information concerning all that you would need, kindly visit and study page 1.

Cheers
Thank you very much really appreciate your response just what i needed to hear am going to study hard for the IELTS

Hello great people!

There was a system maintenance carried out today on the cic website.

I read on the June 2018 forum on canadavisa.com that a number of June AORs had ghost updates.

Afterwards, i checked my account and also saw the ghost update; my background check is now in progress...IP2 I suppose.

Awaiting the golden mail.

Will definitely end in praise!
