Greetings. Assorted of meat at the cheapest price.
We source for FARM produce from far markets and sell at a very reasonable price. Our aim is to give you an excellent eating experience at home and to add varieties of meat to your pot at a very competitive cost.

Ranging from any cut of cow to goat meat, with emphasis on the freshness and the quality, from slaughter to your pot, zero exposure or too many hand handling, we ensure you are satisfied all the way.

We sell varieties of boneless meat eg.

Pomo
Thick pomo
Beef
Round about
Offal aka abody or inners
Shaki
Cow legs
Cow tails (can be shared between two people).

We cut based on your specifications.

Our referral system is motivating;
*Refer an individual = half kg of any variety of your choice excluding Cow tail.
*Refer a restaurant = 1 kg of any variety of your choice excluding Cow tail.
*Refer an hotel = 1.5 kg of any variety of your choice excluding Cow tail.

Please note that the reward can be in cash equivalent.

We sell in kilograms. Be rest assured that we give you value for your money. It can't be cheaper than ours elsewhere considering where we source from.

We deliver to you with a service charge of #150. We also advocate pickup at no extra charge.

Whole goat available.
Thanksgiving size live goat
Goat sharing:- It can be shared between max of 4 people.

Orders should be placed on time because we source for goat from far northern villages.

Our market days are: - FRIDAY's and SATURDAY's only. However we start taking order from Monday thru Friday latest 6am on friday.
Pay on delivery

Plan that meal with ease.

Who says you can't have quantity and quality at reduced cost. A trial won't just convince you rather it will turn you into a promoting marketer.

you can make vegetable soup with those.
With palm oil, Onion, fresh peppers ( preferably the yellow spicy scotch bonnet), crayfish or dried shrimps, smoked fish ( eja kika), cow skin ( pomo), ( you can add beef or animal innards if you want to ) seasoning and salt to taste .

You can ask if you need guidance... smiley

My way
After cutting and washing d fish, I will put them in a bowl and pour hot water on it, dis will thicken d fish so it doesn't break and scatter wen cooking. After a while, I will remove d fish from d bowl and place in pot, add water for cooking, pepper soup spice and other ingredients, then cook. Wen it's done, I will cut efirin leaves, add to it and cover d pot. It will steam and add taste to it

You'll be having a sumptuous delicacy called Edikang Ikong Soup.
The ingredients are Beef, Stockfish, Dried fish, Cow skin(you can dice some of it), Periwinkles (Isam), Crayfish, Redoil, Pepper, Seasoning cubes, onions, and Salt to taste.
So you boil all the animal Proteins with all the seasonings you like, and by the time it is soft, you should have very little stock. The waterleaf is still gonna bring its own water to the soup. Then you can add Redoil, crayfish, with a little seasoning, and allow to boil. After which you can put your already cut, and washed waterleaf and then stir. Leave to boil for a few minutes(vegetables don't stay long as you know), then add the pumpkin leaves, stir again, taste and add salt till you satisfied with the taste. Allow to simmer for a few minutes. Soup is ready.

This is the non frying method .
1. In a clean pot, put your washed beef and cow skin ( cut in small sizes)

2. Add your chop onion ( medium to big size for sweetness depending on the size of your vegetables )

3. Add seasoning and salt according to your preference

4. Add a little a water then cook on a medium heat for about 25mins, then add you cleaned smoked fish, your pepper/ crayfish combination ( already ground ), let it cook further ( you can add a little water if you notice the water is drying up but you don't need much water though because there's plenty of water from the vegetables)

5. Add your palm oil according to your preference, stir and let it simmer for a few minutes, then add your already washed vegetables, first the water leaves then the ugu leaves...keep stirring as you're adding your vegetables

6. Tastes for salt and seasoning to balance accordingly... Then you're done !

Don't leave your vegetables to cook on the heat for too long .
Always wash all your vegetables and leave them to drain before you start...'cause it doesn't take much time to cook vegetable soup
And remember to clean all your ingredients before you start .
If you need any further clarification, you can ask me
