You do not need any agent as you can do it alone. Start by reading the first page on this thread and then make up your mind on what to do next. gregwest: 2 Likes |

@ keleto: If I decide not to claim points from my spouse, can I still include her and the children when submitting EOD if am positively assess alone. Hi, The assessment for your spouse is most likely( depending on your situation) to boost your points as the main applicant. Assessing her or not doesn't mean you won't include your wife and kids when submitting your application. 2) if am successful, can I travel alone to later pick my family at a later time.(remember my spouse was not assessed.) . Is it possible Very possible, but make sure you have them included in your application and they must have gotten grants along with yours. Zany. |

Hello Guys, upon the expiration of the provisional 489 visa type. What happens next? I mean how does one progress to the PR status. Thanks |

sirgigs: Before the expiration of your 489 Visa you would have been eligible for 887 Visa, which is a PR Visa. Zany. |

Ancious: Your question seemed ignored as nobody wants to give you answers he's not sure of. I'm not sure how statistics is related to your logistics experience. Check the statistician job description and see whether you can fit in. Also statistician is only available on 189. I think you also need education background for AITSL. Check both requirements to see if you meet them and decide. Zany. |

nurseafrica: We don't know the occupation you want to nominate for us to be able to advise better. However, for you to claim partner's point, your spouse must *be under 45 years old *have competent English. *have a suitable skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority for their nominated skilled occupation. *nominate skilled occupation that must be on the same skilled occupations list as your nominated skilled occupation. keleto: For 189 Visa you don't need proof of fund. For 190 visa, some states require proof of fund. You need to go to the various states website to find out their requirements. One good thing is that some not only asks about bank balance but also your liquid cash, gold, car, property papers etc. which are also included in the overall balance. Just check the requirements. gsalvatore: This your case is dicey. VETASSESS is supposed to assess you as a food technologist but with your unrelated experience that would be a negative outcome. Send a mail to Engineers Australia to ask whether they can assess you as "Engineering Technologist" Let's have that feedback first. Zany. 1 Like |

Hello guys, I’m just applying to far south coast with 65 points, however, I’m wondering if it’s fine to certify documents at the magistrate court in Lagos, as they need it certified by a Justice of the peace. |
