I was looking at these two maps and a thought struck me about the new biafran struggle.

I will suggest that if the biafran struggle ever gets serious, we can negotiate with gov on boundaries that work.

U see how close abia state is to the sea? Only 3 lgas in rivers state seperates abia from the deep sea.

We can negotiate with fg to gv us those 3 lgas which are Oyigbo, khana and opobo lgs. In return, we will for-go all igboland in SS. Including asaba and ph and every othet land outside se. That way, we wont be landlocked and we wont be taking strategic fg territories.

The people in those communities can be resettled like the bakassi pennisular case. Those who want to remain will be given authonomy within biafra. Recognising them as a minority group. They will have a share of sea port revenue with biafran govt.

Our oshimili and aniocha brothers in delta state can also declare that they must join us. Am sure fg and international community can and will respect that. The rest of delta igbo or rivers igboid can continue in nigeria with wat ever identity they choose.

As for oil, we can also negotiate to keep the current sharing formular for our 5 se states

The assumption is that those LGAs will opt to remain in Nigeria than with their kith and kin in Biafra. That assumption is false. If Igbo leaves Nigeria, Nigeria will not continue as one united country. Yoruba for one will not want to share a country with fulanis and so are the southern minorities.

That is why they don't want Igboland to leave at any cost.

If only our future generations will understand that Ebonyianss were never igbos and should treat them as foreigners (disdain)

U. Fight benue and call. Anambra ur brothers.....is dat not madness.

What is the meaning of umahi in igbo?
Whatis the meaning of igariwey in igbo?
What iss the meaning of ogba in igbo?

Does anyim sounds. Igbo to any mind?

Let's call a spade a spade, the future generations must not fall victims to recognising Ebonyi as igbos.

They must be thought who igbos are in language, culture, lifestyle and sound mind but not anything related that Ebonyi are igbos.

Calling Ebonyi igbos is a grave insults to igboland.

well we can get biafra easier if the north knows it wont lead to SW and SS leaving with us.

That is why skilled negotiators can work with fg to see how things can work for both parties.

The first biafran war was fought by 95% only igbos. Niger deltans joined gowon early in the fight. Now also the 2nd biafra championed by ipob is around 85% SE igbos only. We have heard many ethnic groups from SS dissociate themselves from ipob.

However, we know that igboland is not just the 5 SE states. Igboland includes Anioma in delta and large parts of rivers state. Now am saying we can drop anioma and igboid areas of rivers state, and also drop the other niger delta states if FG can allow us to have oyigbo, khana and opobo. It doesnt even need to be the whole areas....just enough lands to extend SE into the sea. By so doing also, we divide the niger delta into 2. This will further ensure that the niger delta republic will be a dead dream cos cross river and akwa ibom will be cut off from rivers delta bayelsa.

FG wins, biafra wins. Win win

You should study your map well. There is a part of Abia start that meets a curved part of Imo River. That point is at the same latitude as PH, actually nearer to the ocean than the PH port. So why do you want to burden yourself with other people’s land again?

How would you even feel if people displace you from your ancestral home for strictly selfish reasons? There are some suggestions that shouldn’t be uttered in polite society. Just take it easy.

I find it nothing but desperation for Igbos to attempt to be what they are not and sadly can never be. Igboland is landlocked and should look at her positives and look for ways to use her advantages.

Suggesting, even if mildly that Oyigbo, Opobo and Khana LGA, (the heart of Ogoniland) be annexed into Igboland through negotiations with the FGN and not by the desire or wish of the Ogonis et al is not only a slight on them but a clear indication of how life will be for whichever ethnic nationalities that aren't Igbo but find themselves either by omission or commission in the Biafran Federation.

IPOB is just a crackhead association, though with some nuisance value, and the kind of crazy ideas they come up with, anyone aligning with them must always do so from a comfortable distance as they can at any point drive sane people off their mind.

the only desperation here is that u who isnt igbo is following a purely igbo thread 24/7 looking for who to argue with and where to start poo and get a reaction.
Suggesting, even if mildly that Oyigbo, Opobo and Khana LGA, (the heart of Ogoniland) be annexed into Igboland through negotiations with the FGN and not by the desire or wish of the Ogonis et al is not only a slight on them but a clear indication of how life will be for whichever ethnic nationalities that aren't Igbo but find themselves either by omission or commission in the Biafran Federation.
first of all the 3 mentioned areas were part of the 1st biafra. 2ndly who told u that these people wont be engaged to agree to either come with us or gv up their lands. U.s bought the state of alaska from russia. Lets say we offer to pay $500 million for parts of these 3 lga leading up to the sea.... do u think the leaders of those 3 lga wont be consulted and carried along? If after the transaction, some indegenes of those 3 lga decide to re-integrate into nigeria instead of biafra...the nigerian govt can resettle them like the bakassi case

IPOB is just a crackhead association, though with some nuisance value, and the kind of crazy ideas they come up with, anyone aligning with them must always do so from a comfortable distance as they can at any point drive sane people off their mind.
the world is usually changed by people that are considered 'crackheads'.
I am happy we are entertaining u with our 'nuisance value'
