I totally disagree sir. And the reason is the way the team is set up.lets get one fact straight.... Iheanacho is not Vardy and can never be Vardy. Comparing both of them in terms of output will be totally unfair. That out of the way, a team that always skies all balls looking for an imaginary Vardy in Iheanacho is tantamount to ludicrous. Dude needs to move. If truly he stayed back for a bloody british passport then he really is the one who got himself into this mess. I agine, Vardy had altercation with the coach and the coach benched him and from there the Whole leicester team went playing like there is nothing at stake for the first half. Should we be praying that he (vardy) gets long term injury ? Far from it! I watched the overhyped maddison play nonsense all thru. Dont lemme even start with albrighton. Check the usual Demarai Gray.... Vicmo 2.0. All dribbles, no end product. In a match ur team is trailing by a goal.

I am sorry, any team that has cult figures in them dont go far. And finally, Leicester City is not the right team for Iheanacho.
Iheanacho best performances have been as an SS. Leicester play with 2 upfront. At least 80 percent of his best performances in city came when he played with another striker.
He just needs to improve his allround game.

The hard work is evident with the fact that he could get the nod over Vardy but the problem is goals. I never thought I would ever say this but he is lacking confidence in front of goal
True and his off the ball movement is surprisingly not as sharp.

He doesn't even need to do any adaptation. Just improve his game- off the ball movement, create chances, improve his finishing and score goals.

If he does that he'll be okay.

Off ball movement abi? Which ball? The one they sky? When u are placed as a 9 and quality balls no dey reach u, wetin u go do? Dude should move and this time, carefully choose the setup he is walking into. Period!

Are you talking about this match alone?

Combination of Arsenal and West ham game

I am not an Iheanacho hater but I don't think he takes his career too seriously

Abdul zubairu will keep him out of the team

Playing in Slovakia league is better than playing in Porto B

Abdul Zubairu? Have you even watched him play?

I dey laugh.

Of all the Nigerian Midfielders that are U21 available to us, none can displace Kelechi Nwakali from the U23 team.

At least none of notice yet.

He already has the finishing part. The others is what he needs to work on better. He should improve on holding up the ball too.

4-4-2 is being outdated in the modern game

If Iheanacho doesnt adapts and play well as a lone CF,it maybe byebye to the premier league for him
Aguero and Suarez were the same too when they first moved to the epl. They both eventually learned how to play as a lone CF.
Back then, people didn't know if Aguero was a 9 or a 10.
Nacho can do it if he works hard...either that or he becomes another Podolski.

I concur with the above. I am not exonerating him from the fact that he needs to work hard. Fact is no matter how good u are at driving, u cant drive 120kmph on snow or on grease.

Like it or not kele is the golden boy of the super eagles for people to be concern about his development.I don't see you guys talking abt Iwobi's resurgence as you do kelechi's goal drought.

Golden boy of the super eagles that couldn't feature in SE's last 2 or 3 games.

True. Leicester is about the only EPL club that has a setup that could more easily accommodate Iheanacho.

what has all that got to do with the stat ? is injury not part of the game ? success scored 1 league goal in 2 years that is the fact Am I wrong?
ChrisKels:

And u forgot he hasn't been playing. Now the only reason he was not playing was due to his injuries and not his off field shenanigans. Who gets caught becomes the bad guy, so bro spare me the trash that he was caught pant down. Point one player that doesn't fvck. No one is a Saint, even in here. We all av read of the bleeping escapades of Zaha, John Terry et al, does that make them any less good players? Now dont get me wrong, Success ought to remain focused and humble to make it, but ppl should stop making it look like bleeping has been his undoings.

you people here made him so with the way people are obsessed abt his games.Form the ones that are always ready to call him names immediately he doesn't score to the ones that want him out of every clubs he plays with the excuse that the club doesn't suit his playing style etc. I'm talking to both lovers and "haters" alike minimise the criticism

We shall talk about him smiley

I think he is the most talented SE player today

But the combination of chronic laziness, lack of motivation and village people make him look likely a talent washing down the drain

None will displace him because of maybe the coach is bias,a reasonable coach will not pick a Porto b player over a starting midfielder in Slovakia league ,he has not even be starting in Porto b recently

He should work hard ,if he his playing in the Belgium league or any other league starting games I will keep my mouth shut,I can never hype a player playing for a b team never.

You guys will be hyping nwakali ,why don't you also hype musa yahaya

Em.. while I agreed with part of ur comment, I will also say players' criticism is allowed. When dey do well we hail and when they are abysmal we criticise. But what I may not subscribe to is unjust criticism.

I've nothing against constructive criticism, I apply it as well.
Unfair criticism and castigation add more damage than value to player's ego.

Well done sir
