Joebie: Some of the youth players in Liverpool U23 are on £15k a week some even more. This is a big club with ambition to win champion league with world class players. Opportunity for Solanke will always be limited. He is stuck in the politics of football and he really needs to go on loan. He also didn't cost much so he is not a priority for Liverpool. Danny Ings was in a similar position buy he has left Liverpool and scored three goals from six games for Southampton. Solanke was never a waste man he simply is in a big team with limited opportunity. Outside of the top 6/7 teams in the EPL he would be playing fairly regularly. |

22 year old Danish born midfielder who is eligible for Nigeria Philip Anyabwu Billing has emerged as a prime target for the senior national team of Nigeria, Owngoalnigeria.com can exclusively report. Billing has already represented Denmark at at U19 and 21 level but he is yet to be capped at senior level leaving the Huddersfield midfield ace eligible for Nigeria and coach Gernot Rohr has indicated his interest in luring him. Already his recently appointed scout Tunde Adelakun has been mandated to hold talks with the left footed central midfielder who has been a revelation for Huddersfield this season in the English Premier League. Although Everton ace Ademola Lookman looks the surest bet to switch allegiance from England to Nigeria in the coming days, Billing has welcomed the talks base on initial contacts made with him. The plan is to convince him to join the squad after the last round of qualifiers for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations with Nigeria a win away from qualifying ahead of their upcoming games against South Africa and later Seychelles. 1 Like |

According to The Mirror, Everton-owned forward Henry Onyekuru is attracting interest from European giants Bayern Munich, Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain. Onyekuru, 21, made his name with KAS Eupen having arrived thanks to their links with the Aspire Academy, and he became a sensation in Belgium. The Nigerian winger hit 24 goals in the 2016-17 campaign, earning a move to Everton in the summer of 2017 as then-director of football Steve Walsh swooped to land him. However, work permit issues meant that he was loaned out to Anderlecht, where he scored 10 times in 28 games before having his season cut short by injury. Everton again loaned him out over the summer, sending him to Turkey with Galatasaray, where he has scored just twice – but is now attracting major interest from some huge European clubs. The Mirror report that Bayern Munich, Marseille and Paris Saint-Germain are all keen on Onyekuru, who could well leave Everton in 2019 without ever having played for them. Henry Onyekuru of Galatasaray gestures during the Turkish Super Lig soccer match between Antalyaspor and Galatasaray at Antalya Stadium in Antalya, Turkey on October 6, 2018. Everton's director of football Marcel Brands must now decide whether to cash in on Onyekuru or remain hopeful that he will end up with a work permit to play for the club in the near future. With Ademola Lookman struggling for playing time as it is, adding another young winger into the mix could pose a problem for manager Marco Silva, and if Everton are offered major profit on their £7million outlay on Onyekuru, they may just be tempted into a deal. 1 Like |
