Hello house,

I kindly need advice, I have a tenant who is owing my a full year rent.

I have advice him to take the rent and leave my house so at least I can rent my house out to a new serious person.

The person in question is a pastor with one of the biggest Pentecostal churches in Nigeria hence i didn't sign document

for him to vacate hoping he will do the right thing.

he have refuse to move out without any tangible reasons.

I don't want to go to court cos that will take like two years again to vacate him.

Pls what is the best way to get my house back in the shortest possible time.

The bureaucracy of our Nigerian / Lagos court no be here. It is time consuming

and most times you still don't get your money at the end of the day.

My brother tie white and red clothe, carry calabash for one hand and egg on the other hand,

put palm frond leave in your mouth and stand in front of his house by 12:00am shout his name 3 times.
