When you say blank, you mean nothing is showing or just a black screen with arrow pointing?

When you press the caps lock does it respond?

Remove the battery, don't connect the adapter and press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, this will help discharge the system.

When you're done, connect only the adapter and power it on.

mostly I advice u back up your files and do a CLEAN INSTALLATION & scan every file before transferring it back ...

yes, i mean if i press the power button, the power light comes on, the booting light also comes on but the booting light goes off after like 10 to 15 secs and the screen still won't show.
