If he battled for custody in an American court then I know for sure he did not rape her.

American courts are insanely pro women so for her to loose a rape case, a violent assault on a woman and in Texas, to me means either it wasn’t true rape or her evidence was whacked.

It simply irritates me when following any discontent in relationships or relationship breakdown, these lily-livered women scream rape...

IMHO, it has trivialised the word and inherently the crime..

As much as character referencing is stereotypical and extremely subjective with undertones of racism, sexism or ethnic bias, I feel this may be a useful tool to bring a sense of balance and proportionate response to these often crude accusations.
