Nigerian lady @Yitkyim,  who is a Laywer, shared the story of a parent who refused to press charge against the man who raped their 2 year old kid. Accordng to her, the parents of a rape victim have refused to press charges because they are afraid.

As a child, If the biological parent fails in their duties, issues concerning such child should be immediately taken up by carers and well-meaning individuals. Well, that man has just laid a curse on his head and I am sure hell awaits him. I feel like going back to study LAW for one purpose only.

And people blame women for hating men when no single day goes by without rape and violence from men.

If it is not a man raping his own daughter to death, it is a cousin or uncle.

What's worse is that we neglect these heinous acts while insulting and denigrating women on daily basis for being slay Queens as if that is the problem of this nation.

I don't care if the parents are willing to press charges or not just concerned how a uselesz and god forsaken human being will find a 2year old girl sexually attractive. God i know you are merciful but can you just gather all rapists in a forest and kill them at once?

There is no need to take the childnaway since the parents are not the abuser.
Foster homes are the worst place a kid can be raised.
The state should have taken over the case with or without the parents cooperation.

This is a criminal case, the state is to prosecute the Accused, it's not a just a civil Matter.

It's a sad one cos I've seen something similar, where an uncle raped a niece and the man's family was begging the mother not to talk cos of the stigma on the family. Even threatened to divorce her if people get to Kno w.
Poor woman was torn between the inferno and deep blue sea.
Didn't follow up with the case as I can't say the decision she took.

I will be very happy to go to jail than to allow someone rape my daughter and walk free. For me the least I can can do is to cut off the dick hand it over to the person, but preferably I will send the person to early grave. I will never consider police or going to court, is a waste of time and resources
