I guess this guy has never heard of the cobra effect. He's offering double what the guns are worth. Criminals will probably cash in then buy more guns and ammo. DDGN 124 Likes 6 Shares |

Someone tell Gov Yari there is no AK47 that is legal. The incompetence of our rulers frustrate me sometimes. AK47 is an assault rifle and no government issues license of ownership, which makes it legal, to any individual or organization beside militaray, paramilitary and combat security units. So which one come be illegal ak47? Any private citizen not in active military service or combat assignment but in posession of one is illegal. Yari should say if your ak47 is not traceable to govt issue we need you to surrender it. Moreover, isnt this an amnesty program? Submit ak47 for 1m naira! In others words, earn money for your illegality. Chei...Chineke! 61 Likes 3 Shares |

Buhari is paying huge ransom to BH, El Rufai is paying killers directly and Yari is doubling the capital of the killers of his people. Is there any doubt that Nigerian leaders are prone to participating in blood sacrifices? 10 Likes |
