The more you grow the lesser. I don't think it will stop completely. I still sweat on my legs and palms but not as much as before even my kids do. Its natural don't feel otherwise. Sorry

I studied engineering and I did engineering drawing while in school, but I do use Handkerchief when drawing. Once you know how to manage it you won't have any problem. I know a guy that studied elect/elect he sweat on his palms and he is very intelligent.

Hi...you are not alone. I also sweat on my palms and my feet. If I begin to sweat here, you would think I just came out from the showers. The sweat will be running down my legs. It's pretty embarrassing especially when I'm in a stuffy bus with other passengers or I'm wearing a dress that shows sweat. For the palms, my hands were always dirty then when I was young and I will mess my school books up while my feet were dirty because of the dust and dirt that accumulates on them. But that was a long time ago. Now I'm used to it and manage it well. I wash my hands and legs regularly. I limited my use of cream and petroleum jelly. The only thing I like about it though is that my hands are unbelievably soft like a baby's bottom!

OP, I completely understand your plight and what you're going through Emotionally and psychologically...I started experiencing this condition especially from my puberty period but it has lessen now 7 years after, I believe with time it will drastically go away. Try and reduce anxiety and nervousness, don't be stressed and avoid being in a rush always. Rinse your hands with water every now and again and finally Always have a handkerchief very handy..I wish you all the best.

Edited: Use body cream once in a month, Don't use Cream often as it enhances the sweating more and more.

mum took me to a doctor when I was in pry5, said there's no threat. till date, its same. managing it tho, obviously there's nothing I can do about it

focus on the advantages...We get to have baby palms and feet...Alot of people get to appreciate it but they definitely wouldn't love it enough to trade sides...Another twist every beautiful thing have a story.

OP, I also sweat on my Palms... Mine is just to much to bear.. I am grateful to God. Its called hyperhydriosis..
Mine is more than I can remember... Over decades now..
