Ifa warn us to be truthful at all time. Be truthful, upright and honest. you may not be rich or have material things like others but you must be truthful and will not end up in disarray.


Oyeku Meji 2

Ifa wishes this person well. He should be rich in his life. Ifa would mend his life for him and would not allow him to see premature death of his relatives. They would live a long life.


IWORI MEJI 3

Ifa says this person those things that he tried to get without success in the past and he would live long and should not lament again because all good things would get to him.


ODI MEJI 4

Ifa says life would please this person, He would become a renowned person. All the thing he was doing in in little but steady paces would turn to be big.


IROSUN MEJI 5

Ifa says this person will have good fortune of children, life would please him and his fortune would not elude him But he should sacrifice. the woman would become the mother of youths while the man would become the father of youths


OWONRIN MEJI 6

Ifa says this person should make sacrifice, he is trading and complaining not making profits. Ifa says it is time for him to make profit. Ifa will open his way.


OBARA MEJI 7

Ifa wishes this person well. Hisi Ori is destined to be wealthy and he would be rich in life. Ifa says there is exist Oshun spot in his lineage. He should sacrifice to this Oshun immediately because all his fortune are rooted in Oshun.

So what is this sacrifice? Ebo (sacrifice)


This sacrifice (ebo) always has to do with something in your life that is hindering your ability to reach for another thing. You must sacrifice this thing (usually something you love but is negative for you) before the positive can replace it.

Unfortunately, this true nature of ebo is unclear to many so-called initiates. Yes, ebo often takes a physical form for SYMBOLIC ritualistic purposes, but this is just the symbol not that which is being symbolized.

Some think that ebo is paying a babalawo money to mix up a bunch of things with blood in a pot, after which you are suppose to magically gain access to your ambition. This is utter nonsense and intended only to make a babalawo wealthy off of someone's naiveté and spiritual laziness.

If ebo (sacrifice) was about paying babalawos and buying material objects to sacrifice, then that would mean that the orisa are on the side of rich people who could afford this lifestyle and not the poor. Any fool knows that a true spiritual system is ALWAYS about reaching the poor and weak. Thus, if Ifa is a true spiritual system (which it is), then we know that Ifa's concept of ebo sacrifice must not be so materially focused.

Any rich man can buy any material to sacrifice and pay any babalawo's price for ebo. Yes, the orisa want rich people to donate their wealth to the spiritual institutions, but real ebo is usually not material, but about some behavior in your life that you are suppose to sacrifice ....


I think.it is enough time you use your brain and the inner wisdom (orunmila) without putting your trust on one babalawo out there to difine your future for you..
