Slowdog, Bracket, Stormrex, Duncan mighty etc.

How could I forget Nigga raw (Mr Raw), dude was a pioneer of Igbo Nigerian mainstream music.
Slow dog followed him closely.
Stormrex, Dekumzy and Desperate chicks were tight, I remember that their "Who get that thing wey dey dance for my dance floor".

This song by Mr raw drove me mad that year grin. I had it on repeat for months. T. J has a good voice, he featured alot in Nigga Raw songs. too bad he didn't make it in the industry in the end. I liked his "Elewe ukwu egbu ewu" song.

You are responding to all these yorubas that will suddenly find fake "patroitism" and indivisibility of Nigeria once they hear the word "Biafra"

Fortunately for them, they helped Biafra in no small way by campaigning for the incaceration of Nnamdi Kanu and invasion of his home last year to totally silence him through murder.

I don't approve of Nnamdi Kanu's tactics of insulting people and using ONLY one approach. But Ndigbo are well within their rights as citizens of this world to hold a referendum to determine their future. It is indeed an article in the UN Human Rights declaration.

My only hope is that Nnamdi Kanu understands that there are multiple levels that have been used to tie Igbos down in Nigeria. Such as through giving them 5 states, while others had 6 or 7, giving Igbo states the tiniest allocations, denying Igbo states of any Federal infrastructure, while using all sorts of gimmicks to create controversies on the existing such as AIIA, Enugu, Second Niger Bridge, Onitsha seaport, exclusion of the zone from national railway masterplan etc. to hide their true intention of shutting down the SE economically for good. We cannot merely keep talking "Referendum" for infinity, while our resources are stolen and used to develop other parts of Nigeria. Either we STOP the resources from being exploited and exported or we get a fair benefit from them as we decide what shape and form the referendum will take.

Finally, we cannot simply abandon the politicial space just to prove that we want referendum. The full struggle for political power and equitable representation in Nigeria must be pursued with the full force as the referendum debate. Imagine if somebody like Sen Abaribe were not elected, which Senator would have signed Nnamdi Kanu's bail if we had people like Orji Uzor Kalu and Chris Ubah as Igbo senators? Therefore, you can see the folly of IPOB abandoning electing pro-Biafra representatives into all our public offices.

My strong suspicion is that DSS already knows that if all SE public office holders were pro-Biafra, then the topic will inevitably be discussed at the highest levels of government. Therefore, they have spread the silly idea among IPOB that voting for elections in Nigeria amounts to voting against Referendum. It is so sad, but it is true that we IPOB now works for the enemy. Unless something is urgently done, IPOB will simply lose all its grassroot support and in time, they will increasingly be treated as Boko Haram members by even Igbos who will clearly view IPOB as not representing Igbo interests whatsoever.

The ONLY thing Igbo had going for it in Nigeria have been the use of their God given brain to avoid the traps set for them by the Nigerian state. IPOB has so far showed that it is neither concerned about using the Igboman's brain to fight this struggle, nor do they have any desires to avoid booby traps set for them by Nigeria. It is a tragic mistake on their part to continue with a single strategy in the face of their enemies employing multiple strategies to cage them. Including trying to isolate their opinions in the SE. Because IPOB are run by a lot of exuberant young people, their simple response to any trap they cannot easily find a way to avoid is to step right into it and deal with the consequences down the line. That will be a suicidal mistake to make.

However, if there is no chance of Atiku unseating Buhari, then sorry is our name in the SE.

We Ndiigbo are quiet like novice but wat is happening in Imo is the reason Anambra have sworn to remain APGA.

Aboki and Afonja are now hand picking the Gov of Imo State that will serve their interest.

This is wat Okorocha have reduced Imo state to become, after showing Buhari how to rig elections in Imo State and kill opposition.

Imo APC primary: I narrowly escaped being kidnapped, Gulak alleges
Published October 2, 2018
Ahmed Gulak

John Alechenu, Abuja

Chairman of the All Progressives Congress Imo State Governorship Primary Committee, Ahmed Gulak, has alleged that he narrowly escaped being kidnapped in the state.

Gulak said this in an interview with reporters in Abuja, on Tuesday.

He explained that he and other committee members conducted a peaceful exercise which produced Senator Hope Uzodinma as the party’s standard bearer for the 2019 governorship election for Imo State.

He said Uzodinma won after securing “423,895 votes to defeat eight other aspirants, including Governor Rochas Okorocha’s son in-law, Uche Nwosu.”

Gulak alleged that about nine out of the 12-member committee were “kidnapped,” by persons he described as “agents of the governor” who were led by a team of policemen to the hotel where the committee members were lodged.

He alleged to have left Owerri “under the cover of darkness at about 4:00 A.M.” to make his way to Abuja.

Gulak said, “Myself, Col. Igbanor and Hon Bernard Miko were the only three doing this job, as others disappeared, and we learnt that they were at the Government House.

“So, when we sensed that something was fishy, by 4.00 A.M., we left Owerri after concluding the entry of the results.

“I was informed and the AIG Zone 9 called to inform me that they went for investigations and discovered that the governor himself and some policemen came and rounded up those members and took them to the Government House and until now, they have not been released and anything could have happened to them.

“The election was held, results generated and a winner emerged and the winner is Senator Hope Uzodinma.

“My secretary disappeared around 2.00 A.M. In fact, the case of Sadiq Bello is most pathetic because he doesn’t know anywhere in Owerri.

“He called a while ago that he has not eaten and has no money on him. That is the price and hazard of this job.”

However, the party’s National Working Committee, in a statement signed by the acting National Publicity Secretary, Yekini Nabena, said the exercise in “Imo has been suspended indefinitely.”

Imo APC crisis: How I was offered private Jet, $2m to rig primary election – Gulak Published on November 3, 2018 By John Owen Nwachukwu

The Chairman of the Imo State governorship primaries of the party which produced Senator Hope Uzodinma as the governorship candidate of the party, Ahmed Gulak, has revealed that he rejected to be flown on private jet and $2m as bribe to rig the primaries.

Gulak stated this when he addressed reporters in Abuja, adding that even though the offer was so tempting, he rejected it in order to do the right thing.

According to him, he had to persuade the parties that he was going to do the needful and conduct a free and fair primary.

He said he was happy because the party had vindicated him by insisted on the outcome of the primaries his panel held.

”Naturally, even before I went to Imo State, I was offered a private jet to take me to Imo state but I refused because I didn’t want to be compromised.

”I refused the private jet and even the tempting offer made to me, very tempting, we are talking about two million dollars here, which I refused.

”Although, I tried to persuade them that I was going to do what is needful, free and fair primaries. Every stakeholder must be involved.

”Immediately we landed at the airport, that was where the problem started. They wanted to kidnap every member and only God knows where they wanted to take us to, which I refused.

”And to say the least, I pity the Imo people but they have to take their destiny in their own hands and elect who they feel will represent them well. I am not from Imo state but I am a Nigerian.

”There is equality and there is equity. Some of our governors, I am sorry to say this, they take state resources as their personal resources and we know that power is transient.

After four or eight years you are out of power and the system will get you.

”But having said that, I am happy that the party has vindicated me and I know it is the best decision for the people of Imo state.”

Hmm, I have read what you wrote and I understand you. I once had this thoughts but I'm very sure Kanu is trying his best because it's not easy and besides IPOB is not the only movement that's fighting for Biafra

Last year when Kanu's house was invaded that's when He fully and totally got my whole support. Those few months he was away, it dawned to me that he truly cared. We all know the only word the black man understands is VIOLENCE that's when Kanu had to sound like one, believe me you when I tell he is not only IPOB leader but a revolutionary leader!

His actions has proved he is focus and determined, they say he works for Buhari yet he exposes Buhari and any evil he sees.

Among all the Biafra groups, IPOB IS MORE FOCUSED AND DETERMINED. So I respect and support them.

[b]They said "Zik was a coward" and "Ojukwu was a fraudster" now it's "Nnamdi Kanu is a fraudster!" Our people should be wise and stop listening to our enemies, does it mean Igbos do not have good leaders?

As long as he remains focus, Nnamdi Kanu has my support till thy kingdom come. God bless Biafra, God bless us..

He is right you know.
Anambra is not a monolithic entity. It's not mono cultural.
Not long ago, Ebonyi and Enugu were parts of Anambra States.
This whole idea of saying that Anambra must not be divided, makes no sense.
If we have a chance to divide Anambra into 30 to get more states, more representatives in National Assembly, more FG allocations and appointments. Then we must take it.
I was told by my grandfather that part of the reasons we have small number of LGA in Anambra is not just because of our small landmass, but because, many times in the past, our people saw the creation of new LGAs, as cunning plans to divide brothers, and many resisted it.
I don't know how true this is, because he wasn't into government sector to know the truth, but I grab that his sentiment was shared by many commoners in Igboland then.
The aim of state creations in Nigeria is not about viability, it's about increasing quota in representatives in NASS and national appointments and other national cakes.
When our people start talking about viability of the planned newly created state in SE, I begin to wonder why they are not asking about the viability of states like Yobe, Zamfara, etc, in the North, outside the FG monthly allocations, can those states stand?
We are in Nigeria now, and must be thinking of how to grab as many share from the national cake as we can, as that's the primary function of Nigerian states, and not viability.
Let's stop this emotional way of doing things and become more practical.

There is nothing like Imo or Anambra or Rivers or Ika.

Wat we have is present tense and past tense.(past participle, verb, proverb etc)

Anambra is not Monolithic. From parts of Aguata to Orumba South and North, land is called "Ala" and not "Ani" or "Ana". Go to Umuchukwu town, the home town of Dr Mmadu, all the way to Ogbunka, Umunze, Owelle Ezukala, Ezira, etc in Orumba South, land is "Ala" and their language is same as those of Isuochi people in Abia North.

All those areas are parts of ancient Isu stock of Igbo land.
Their language and culture are same with very little variance.
I have been to those places, and can tell you that they are not in any way culturally or linguistically related to Idemili than to their Isu brothers in Abia and Imo North areas.
Let's stop deceiving ourselves and stop non useful discussions.

[s]He is right you know.
Let's stop this emotional way of doing things and become more practical.[/s]

If I have energy to read I will but not this gibberish always coming from you.

It is less educative and purely myopic and only the stupid ones will buy into such lame and sick submission because I won't.

The issue of who is right or wrong doesn't lie to your determination but to the people.

Whenever an analysis claims his opinion is right and doesn't see it as his own understanding, then such analysis will never see the light of the day.
