Im set to start my baby on infant cereal in 2 weeks time, and I am in desperate need of it.

Check if she's teething cos that may be causing her some slight pains.
If her lack of appetite persists, see a doctor. Meanwhile you can give her multivitamin to supplement what she's not getting at the moment.

P.S. We are 10 months. Cruising furniture, hyperactive and very healthy

That 2-3 morsels is still ok per feeding cos their stomach is still small in size. Just increase the number of times she feeds.
If you have discovered what she actually eats readily without hassles, keep giving her that. When she's less hungry, you can playfully try other foods.

Since 10 days I put to bed my breast milk is not flowing except I extract manually which comes out very small quantity. Now I have been feeding my baby with NAN since . What do I do to enable faster milk flow.
And my baby is having colic. She is feeling discomfort especially when she takes the Formular milk.
Please how do I manage the colic situation. I feel for her when it starts.

Take a lot of fluids. Always put baby to breast 1st for few. Minutes b4 offering formulae cos baby won't suck when Tommy is already full .

Lol pele. I don't think that milo drink is for one year olds. Biko stick to Ribena, or make your own fruit juices before it would enter purging.

I'm using tommee tipee. Sister inlaw used it for a while before she passed it down to me. its quite good, no issues since i started using it september. i express virtually everyday and i've not experienced any challenge. theres space for battery incase power fails.

So my precious daughter just brought out two teeth under. She is 4 months and 3 weeks still learning to sit on her own. I got her a Walker and she is already using it with clothes stuffed in. Please mamas she has been stooling and we are still on exclusive she stool up to 6 times a day though she is fine, plays well and active ...please should I be worried about the stooling?

No need to feel horrible, next time you would know to push him in and barricade with pillows before you get up, they operate like lightening.

Preparation method is so simple, u add little quantity of d cereal into a sauce pan, add little water to make a paste and place on fire. While cooking, u will be stirring so as to avoid lumps just as if u are making pap for baby

Thanks for the response. Before now, we were feeding at least every 3 hrs now we don't even have our first meal till around noon and it's with struggle and singing. I don't have luxury of time for constant BF. Rejects formula too

I recently even tried august secret, it was rejected been trying everyday since Thursday also as morsel she no gree. I know it's a phase just can't help worrying

U can try our yoghurt for lactating moms, it ll makes u lactate well and freshly made.

Dalu nne. I barricaded him in the middle with enough pillows o, he climbed over them. I just didnt expect he would be that fast. Gave him pcm afterwards and so far he has been himself. I really thank God it wasn't serious.

On days the protest gets out of hand, I lay him on the bed flat on his back holding his two hands. That way, he has little room to struggle cos i also stylishly pin his legs with my stomach. As he is protesting with that his mouth, the brush enters and fiam, I do what i have to do while laughing at him.

Lol... Remembering this as i type has thrown me into fits of laughter. Na for dis world he meet me

Dont feel too bad. Its because you havent discovered what she really likes.
My ds was like that too but since i discovered what he liked majorly, that was what i kept giving him o till much later.
first was apple puree (1 apple) then banana puree.(1 banana). Those two foods, he ate everyday for 5 good months. All other foods i tried including formula was just by luck and plenty prayer. Imagine being at work and receiving phone call almost every time, 'your son isn't taking his food o'. I just consoled myself that fruits too is a kind of food.

When he was about clocking 1yr, his eating improved a little and now at 18months, he will throw tantrums if i dont allow him feed himself.

it will get better, keep trying.

If he likes watching videos, keep playing nursery rhymes about brushing for him. GB used to fight me at brushing time but now it's so easy cuz all I do is sing a brushing song she likes and she would open her mouth. If this doesn't work, you just have to keep doing the by force one.
