Even if you have a foreign transport, if you are banned from travelling or on Government watchlist, all immigration posts across land air & sea are to stop you from travelling. He was only able to travel because FG did not send any signal to stop him..Means he is not on any prevented list of travellers and his passports were not withheld by the courts & efcc. He is treated as a free man without any case.
