Do not fret, all you have to do now is get your flight ticket (BA, Virgin, Qatar, Lufthansa, Emirate, Etihad, etc.) and go meet your partner. Questions are the border entry are not generic and not compulsory, if at all you get asked they will be a question relating to you, where you will be staying, etc nothing to worry about.

No need for any test again.

It is definitely getting cold in the UK but you should be alright, all the best.

good morning family, I see all the good works here, the advice n all.. God bless u guys much..I want to ask a question in d application form mother's date of birth there was a mistake instead of Feb, Sept was put d year and date is correct but it's just d month..I Wana rilly don't no if it will v any effect on d application or wat do u guys suggest? then there was a place it was asked v u bin in uk in d last 10yrs, I calculated it wrongly it should v bin no n I filled yes but all d dates I entered uk n left uk were stated in d application.. I honestly dint notice all these things... pls guys, wat do u think?

I am not trying to make you panick but making a mistake on the date of birth i think is an issue. But I am probably wrong. Let the pros in the house chip in . Good luck with your application.

How long ago did you submit your application? Wrong DOB of your mother might not be so important now, until she files an application to visit you...........

Send a letter explaining your misunderstanding of the question asked.

NB : Put your application reference on the letter, so they can identify.......... Send letter like yesterday......

Are you referring to the bank statements depicting the credited amounts as shown on the payslips , verifying the £18,600 benchmark or a specific minimum balance?

I will really advice you to do that immediately, to be honest with you, that is a serious matter, that could lead to 10years ban if you don't do something quickly.

Congratulations @show1223 Please if I may ask what happened to the first application? (reason for refusal if that's the case).

The 28th day rule caught us... My sponsor just put random pay slips n bank statement. He didn't follow the rule.

Ideal travel date, is only for reference. If you apply in December and apply via priority, put a travel date of mid January.

If you apply via normal application route, put a travelling date to reflect about 3/4 months afterwards .........

NB: As stated, date are simply for reference. They would never speed up application to meet your travelling date ......
