A player's value depends TO AN EXTENT on his team but we can't use that argument loosely if not people will come out of the woodwork claiming that Hazard is as good as Messi but it is the team that is holding him back or claiming that Stanley Okoro is as good as Hazard .

Nobody is born world class and you don't inherit it like a royal title. You are world class by your performances on the pitch and if for a long stretch of 2,3, 4 years you don't give consistently world class or top quality performances then your status as a world class player is in doubt.
