I have completed my sophas application up until payment. I am applying to HSPH AND JHSPH and I am supposed to pay a total of $185. But each time I try making the payment, it gets rejected. I have called sophas customer care twice, tried different cards, went to my banks, but to no avail

Hi, i am trying to navigate the SOPHAS site all to no avail, please can you help me out?
