Unconscious person don not necessarily need oxygen, first, if she will be placed in a concious position so turned side ways and also drips like normal saline , electrolyte ( sodium, potassium nd chloride ) for the heart and also glucose and some check she wil be back and strong


If shes not close to the hopital some manual method and first aid can bring her baq b4 hospital

Where lies the focal centre for tilting someone to an unconscious state and which body system above all else should be sustained even if initial O2 saturation is ok because u don't know when the unconscious patient will lose that control centre for respiration?

This is nonsense. Is that a hospital or mortuary because an unconscious person will at least have the basic investigations running. Instead of doing that first they are looking for relations to begin to exploit and pester with outrageous bills and requests. If we cannot organise our health care to put the patient front and centre of the system then we had better outsource it to nations who can and remove it entirely from the list of responsibilities of successive failed governments.

My neighbour wasn't this lucky, she left Onitsha to attend a church crusade in Port Harcourt. She got to Port Harcourt and boarded a taxi to take her to the venue, unfortunately she became unconscious inside the taxi. The taxi man got to the gate of the church and raised alarm, calling the security on duty to help bring the woman down, but they refused.
The taxi man was asked to take her to the hospital but obviously afraid of landing in trouble with the police, he quietly left with the unconscious woman. Back home, everybody was already worried about her, her family were making efforts to trace her, bit to no avail. Five days later, her body was found in the bush where the panicking taxi man dumped her body. She was already decomposing. Ngozi has been buried two days ago.

Arguing with you will be a waste of time cos u are obviously not going to change your line of thought. Not all cases of unconsciousness require oxygen, so don't act like u know better than the medical team taking care of her.

If it was your work, u would not call it shock. You are the one that needs to work on your IQ cos u definitely can't identify insults from the ones that are not. Like I said before, don't argue about what u don't know.
