For tourist, Calabar is the preferred destination but for making money Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja are the ultimate.

Abuja is just empty no matter what angle you take the City from. Africa has a lot of planned cities, Abuja was planned post colonisation, that is the difference. But it is still very young.
