Everybody wants an Igbo woman, you can't stop the trend. Leave Igbo women to marry who they want whether he is Igbo or not. As an Igbo man, it is expected of you to marry an Igbo woman in other to give birth to full blooded Igbo sons who will also continue the trend. You are the tribe not the woman, that is why every Igbo man prays to God to have a male child or male children even without a female child.

I know off a bini guy married to an Igbo woman, he keeps praising Igbo women.

One day, we were talking and he actually had the guts to tell me that he beats her.

Now, u can imagine how that made me feel, the next time I saw our Imo State sister.
Yup Imo state women are most guilty of marrying from outside, it's really shameful.

Obiano is a major offender. The man keeps wearing Agbada like an idiot even during Igbo meetings. That attire is only recognized by the Hausa as Danshiki and the Yoruba as Agbada but foreign to Ndigbo, so why do our leaders keep wearing it even to Igbo meetings?

Do u know the worst part? If u correct they will start telling u is there wedding like a fool they are

No true Ada Igbo born in the East would taint her blood line with foreign genes, FACT. I blame our people who don't do enough to promote the glamor of Igbo culture, we are even appropriating the idea that it's cool to wear the yoruba Agbada and look like a "yoruba demon" and all that trash. Even our Igbo celebrities world wide are tapping into the train of appropriating other cultures just to follow the trend. Thankfully this rubbish isn't sitting well with lots of the young Igbo generation in the diaspora cause I see Igbo kids born here in the states proudly rocking the isi Agu to social events, and it definitely looks mad cool on them. We need to embrace our Igboness first, cause charity will always begin at home.
What do you mean by tainting bloodline with foreign gene?

In defense, some Anambra groups who traded with Igala have been wearing agbada for centuries, not as many as do it now, but a select few who did direct trades with middle belt groups.

Agbada is general in whole Africa

I feel uncomfortable having this exchange with you because i find you to be quite disgusting if i'm to be perfectly honest! I know you're the linchpin of this entire operation, a totally nasty piece of work, and an insecure Igbo hating bigot to boot! I'm also certain you know the person or are the one that cloned my IGBOSON moniker, and i ask: to what end....what do you hope to achieve?

Stop being evasive and prancing around in circles! Hell will first freeze over before i tell a despicable toad like you my name!

I've told you where i'm from, Ndoni, and consider myself to be Igbo! DO YOU THINK I'M IGBO OR IGBO ENOUGH SEEING AS I'M NOT FROM ANY OF THE 5 SOUTH-EASTERN STATES?

Summarily lack of comprehension. So you are evading the question of whether u are igbo. Only blame those people here that you are deceiving.

Secondly I didn't ask of your name....am not interested......I onnly asked for your igbo name....only ur igbo name nothingelse.

Agbada/Dashiki is a popular attire in west Africa. The only thing that differentiates the Yoruba own from that of the Hausa is the cap. The Igbo men tend to dress more like the Hausa people with the Hausa cap. The Isi Agu is unique and belongs to Ndigbo alone which a great thing.

Agbada and Jellof Rice share same origin and that is Senegal.

Senegal should be named cultural capital of West Africa.

Igbo are west africans and thus, have as much right as Yoruba and Hausa tro wear Agbada.
