I thought when changing to course by course you are not suppose to send another transcript. You only pay a fee?

First off, I am girl. Lol

The interview was extremely difficult. I plan to write in detail about it cos I don’t think we have a wealth of information on interviews here. (But I can see why we don’t. It was harrowing and I don’t really want to discuss it in detail- at least till my PPR comes). Major issue identified was that she didn’t believe I had actually worked as a psychologist during my NYSC, she said I could have been a receptionist. Regardless of my BSc and MSc in Psychology from two goo Unis in the U.K., my reference letter and bank statements showing salary payments. I sha tried to convince her.

If Ralph said all my assessments were passed, do I still have something to worry about?

Hang in there sis. Hang in
@aworldcitizen's case has shown us tough cases crumble like paper before God. We will rejoice with your ppr testimony soon.

You have a good point on the lack of interview info on this thread. It could be because some of such cases are nerve racking and also personal. We look forward to learning from your experience in your set time. Hang in there

IT'S PPR Guys.

Below is our timeline.

I don't know where to start but I will thank God first for today. All praise belong to him.
I will thank all the guys here especially those who make out time to share information on the platform. I learnt a lot here. I was encouraged by other people's struggles and stories. I also got the link that helped with our major breakthrough in the journey here. I will not say am a silent reader but when I applied to be an elder Newmum0615, Macstan, Tojued and co did not consider me. How can Newmum0615 who is my junior in Engineering faculty in UNIZIK be an elder and I will not be an elder....lol. Thanks a lot guys. The company I enjoyed here throughout the journey has been superb.

Around April last year when we thought of this journey, I was not sure we will get enough points to get ITA so we wanted to go through the study route. It was at that point that I joined Nairaland study group. I convinced my wife to take IELTS which she did and did well and we applied to a school in Nova Scotia and got admission but later my brother who lives in Canada got his PR and the prospect of getting extra 15 points shifted our attention to EE again. We took IELTS (General) together and my wife cleared the thing. She has B.A in English sha. Along the line I also confirmed from the contact I got in NTI Kaduna that people have successfully validated their PGDE with WES and that finally changed the story.

For POF we used a joint account. We also had my PFA account statement but to avoid stories that touch the heart, the money we had in the joint account covered the basic POF needed. The PFA account was just added as extra.

The major challenge we had was hussle for 2 or more certificates. That is where I will always be grateful to Nairaland. I came here and asked if anybody had evaluated the PGDE from NTI. The first time nobody responded but when I asked again, a good friend here gave me a contact tin NTI, Kaduna. Prior to that, we went to their office in the city we live and applied for the transcript but the man there did not look like somebody that knows what he is doing. We applied in December, 2017 and till about February, 2018 the request had not been sent and there was no guarantee it will be pushed. This necessitated my question here for clue which finally paid off.

For those that are still in the journey, my advise is that you should persevere. We had our moments of doubt. We spent money to get things done but at the end success makes you forget what you went through.

ALWAYS FOCUS ON THE GOAL. FORGET ALL DISTRACTIONS AND DON'T BE DISCOURAGED.

Congrats...Wishing you greatness.

Good day everyone..Just a quick one.For those who have done biometrics whats the average time from AOR to invitation to do biometrics?I guess you have to pass medicals first??
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program- Connect Here Part 5 by joo2018: 9:23am On Nov 09, 2018
Yes if you have done your ECA and IELTS.
However, 403 is not enough to get you an ITA. You need min. 440.
abulude:
I had 403 in my personal assessment, would this be enough when I eventually create a profile?

Please house help. Wes has sent back to WAEC for verification. What do i need to do? Am i expected to go t WAEC office?

If you know anyone in WAEC Office, contact them to respond (or do small PR), otherwise just wait. Mine was NECO and it took about two weeks to get response from NECO and my University. But both responses were received the same week.

In EE profile is it safe to choose as much Provinces as possible, juts in case one applies and a province is issuing invitation.Or does choosing of multiple provinces limit possiblity of invitation by a province?

Look like WES increased their capacity. They have been delivering before 20 days for a while now.
ijoseda:
Spouse ECA done and dusted!

MSc Ibadan and had to also send in WAEC result.

It came 6 days ahead of the scheduled date for completion (14th November).

I actually DM'ed WES on Twitter explaining to them the need for me to get the assessment report before 10th of November, in preparation for the possible draw on 12th or 14th of November. The response was - No, we don't expedite result. I thanked the handler for the response and that was it.

I was pleasantly surprised to get the report this evening, 6 days ahead of schedule. I know someone on this thread mentioned that the report comes a few days ahead of schedule. For example, I got mine 2 days ahead. I'm just curious if the request via twitter had any effect, although I seriously doubt it.

Lol. I think it's just evidence that Nigerians make up the bulk of their clients. They've found a way to reduce our patronage so their workload has reduced.

Congrats for acing the difficult stage.
BC or IDP?
Please what materials did you use for the writing?

Thanks. Twas IDP. You may not believe it but I practiced writing (only) once with Jay's video (needed to know how to start and end my essays/writing).

I didn't focus much on practicing writing (listening and reading took 90% of my practice time).

I used to write back then so i just prayed to God for ideas to flow on that day...i wanted a clear head so i could put them on paper...infact twas God.
