Most times the issue is from the bank details submitted. Either the name on the Cscs account does not match the bank account name or some other little error.
Your money is safe and will be paid to you once it is resolved.

Yes. Just pick a stockbroker and open a stockbrocking account . A CSCS Account will be automatically opened too. And they’ll send your details to you
