The reason why some companies goes for a Kenyan employee is just the costs.Its cheaper for a Tanzanian company to employ a Kenyan than a local guy.Most of these Kenyans who work in Tz don't have protection.No Nssf,no medical fund,and mostly they even be paid in envelopes. Just look what he did to nigeria and zambia put these countries in massive debt. He will come to your country kenya and promise you heaven and earth in investments daddy is going to reduce the price of cement yes you will do that for 6 months then jack the price 3-4 times higher like what he did in nigeria. If you want to sell your cement company it is better to give it to the german company than to give it to him.
