OK then.... My argument is based on 100 assists grin

I got your point shaa but a good tactician won't way such player as lone no. 9. I do rather play him as a creative mid coolfielder

it seems you lack knowledge of how the blacks in Argentina became extinct.
and moreover I doubt if any Argentina player will be refused recruitment in nigeria if they should.show interest.
mention one black lad in those teams...

I may have jumped into a quick conclusion though..calling them a racist team.
but that country I don't think blacks are safe there

Really really sad history my brother.

At a point, they wanted Brazil to adopt the cruel method of eliminating blacks in their country but it's a good thing, the Brazilians knew better.

That's way too harsh and uncalled for.

Justify your position.

That's what I call people, who are always looking for ways to bring in religion to justify their stupid deeds and expect everyone to follow suit because you've mentioned the Bible and Jesus Christ in a sentence.

Is like you don't my point....

Hector is still in the team, was among 23 players invited earlier this week despite playing currently in 2.bundesliga with FC Koln. Infact, he's their main left back

Main left back?

Plattenhardt - where does he play?

That is a story not history. Blacks in Argentina were removed by different causes but none was mass killings. Everyone should be ashamed of slavery, even us here in Africa because we allowed people to take our brothers and sisters.

I will never agree with that. That type of thinking creates selfishness and ruins teams. The goal in football is winning and an assist is exactly the same as a goal. The attack is built around the nine but that doesn't mean that he must score in order to help the team.
happy sunday bro I have to agree with him your primary purpose as a striker is to score goals everything else Na jara. I always rate a footballer on how he carries out his primary functions on the pitch if he excels in that and does well in other areas bonus but if he's terrible in his main role no matter how he does in other areas I still won't rate such a player that's why I can give alex iwobi some slack this season that even though he hasn't scored so many goals so far he creates and give assists for his arsenal teammates because that is his role unlike iheanacho who even though has many assists hasn't quite hit the ground running in terms of goal scoring which is his main responsibility

Chelsea Legend Tells Victor Moses To Consider Playing For Nigeria Again To Rescue His Club Career
nigeriasoccernet.com

Former Chelsea defender Celestine Babayaro says Victor Moses should rescind his decision to quit international football for the good of his club career after falling down the pecking order at Chelsea.

New coach of Chelsea Maurizo Sarri doesn’t rate the Nigerian and as first reported by this portal he has told the 27 year old that he can leave the club in Jan‎uary when the transfer window opens.

Moses quit playing international football for Nigeria after the World Cup in Russia but Babayaro believes a return to the national team set up will no doubt arose interest in his services from clubs due to his inactivity at Chelsea at the moment.

” A return to the Super Eagles will no doubt do his career a whole lot of good right now. He is not getting games at Chelsea but he will sure get games with the Super Eagles and that could provoke interest from top clubs unlike now where only mid table teams will consider him”, Babayaro told Owngoalnigeria.com.

” Moses is a talented player no doubt and he still deserve a shot at a top team but that won’t happen if he isn’t playing at Chelsea, it could happen if he impresses at international level with Nigeria, so he should consider it”, he concluded.

I always considered kenneth a naturally gifted player but decision making and reading of the game has probably prevented him from having a more successful club career glad he is beginning to work his way back wish him all the best

It's been a while here.

So sad we will miss Ighalo... Hope Success will live up to the expectations and deliver goals.

Iwobi is our only hope in the middle.

Rohr's conservativeness is holding this team back. We are in this state of dilemma at the goalkeeping department because of him. Now that Uzoho is out, we are left with no other choice than to anchor our last line of defense on Akpeyi, Ezenwa, Afelokhai...

The difference between this team and the one that faced the Southies last year is Balogun. This match will be a real test for the boys and will help us in measuring the teams growth.

Learnt that Baxter has recalled Tau (their talisman). Hmmm...

Qualification na im be koko. Make we sha qualify.

Moses isn't interested in top level football anymore. Dude is currently looking for a big money Asian team. He thinks he has achieved enough and it's time to cash out.

That's the problem with most Nigerian players. Zero hunger, zero drive or determination to get to the top. As soon as they get to an average team in Europe or achieve a little success, they relax and think they have "arrived"!. SMH.

Wrong, we now have Collins not Echiejile and Iwobi as AM not Etebo, coupled with the fact that our starting XI are all regulars in their clubs except Balogun.

We have enough mid-fielders for the SA game Iwobi and Iheanacho as AMs,Ajayi and John Ogu as DMs and Mikel Agu and Etebo as CMFs.This makes it a total of 6 mid-fielders.

Same to you bro. I must beg to differ on this matter. A striker doesn't even have to create assists to know that he is doing a good job. I must also admit that it depends on the type of team that the striker is on. Griezmann was struggling before Diego Costa went to Atletico last season. Hazard struggled until Chelsea brought in Giroud. Both strikers did not score a massive amount of goals but contributed none the less. The CBs will have their hands full and that will create space for everyone else.

'Chinese Coach Saw My Name On Super Eagles List' - Lokosa Explains Why He Returned To Nigeria
Published: November 10, 2018

Kano Pillars star Junior Lokosa has denied that a proposed move to Chinese club Heilongjiang Lava Spring FC has fallen through and stressed that he had to return to Nigeria after he was called up for international duty.

The striker is believed to be on the radar of several foreign teams ahead of the January transfer window after emerging top scorer in last season's Nigeria Professional Football League and making the Super Eagles provisional World Cup roster.

''I came back on Saturday night but I flew back to Lagos on Sunday. I have the contract, for me it is the perfect time I went there,'' Lokosa told SuperSport Naija Made.

''I was talking to the coach directly and he told me it is the end of the season, that they have played their last game, all players have returned to their destination and there's no need for us to stay back.

''He noticed that he saw my name on the Super Eagles list and for him he was so happy and said I should go back. The team is happy that they will have such player in their team.''

Junior Lokosa concluded by saying that he has what it takes to play for the Super Eagles.

''I know I am ripe for the Super Eagles, I have played a game against DR Congo. If I should rate myself, I'll say 7-8 over ten. It is just for me to have the opportunity,'' he added.

Lokosa was presented with the maiden edition of the Eunisell Boot Award in Lagos on Thursday after netting 19 goals in 21 matches for Kano Pillars last term.
