oluwaseunla: Exactly! oluwaseunla: Thanks for the info, didn’t know this. I’ve only come across the USA specs once, and didn’t see the engine, only saw the interior briefly. It had airbags, but my own from DANA has no airbag. |

Enyinne: Which argument? Someone demonized Kia Rio as a bad car based on his personal bias, and I contested that generalization, that Kia Rio is a good car. Did I tell anyone to buy Kia Rio for Uber? No, I didn’t. Did I even get involved with Carshopper’s discussion on it? No. I only replied the man who condemned Kia Rio generally as a bad car, and shared my views that it’s not a bad car. How is that your business or concern? Do you own this thread? Why are you so bitter and frustrated because another person holds a viewpoint different from yours? Or is there a Nigerian law that says you are entitled to insult anybody that doesn’t agree with you or your personal bias? Where are your manners? Do you have home training at all? You just open your arrogant mouth and talk anyhow like you own this place or the people here are your subordinates or your houseboys. Stop running your mouth like tap water as if you’re feeding anyone here. Btw, I see Kia Rio on lagos roads regularly. So, the only place Kia Rio is phasing out is in your small mind and big mouth. 11 Likes |

funkyjms: It's all about negotiation skills o. Someone may charge 10k while another charges 25k for the same trip. He can start negotiations from that range... Last last should be 30k to&fro Ibadan |

oluwaseunla: There is no such thing as lemon corolla with 50k you can fix all your corolla problems. But Kia rio you will struggle forever even after fixing. A car that won't notify you via dashboard your car is over heating what type of car is that? 3 Likes |

MobilityExpress: I can't believe a big boy that has corolla, Kia rio and Ford will use the word nobody is feeding me? This are words use by hungry boys. I will not tolerate insults is also used by very frustrated human being with empty pocket. Ass licking the chief mechanic to make a point gives you away as a sockpuppet. Then do you think you are the only one that has millions, are statements used by jealous people, that live in a ghetto, that find one rich guy among them. You came here posted copy and paste your oga gave you, sound like one intelligent guy that have used plenty of cars, but this your last post gave you away. You are busted, we know who you are, they are trying to use you to sell the Kia rio to vulnerable investors. This was exactly what happen during the days ogunvic was trying to sell peogeout to new investors , you say one everybody attack you. Repent Jesus is coming soon. 5 Likes |

oluwaseunla: Proof to me how wrong I am. Apart from buying corolla engine that cost 140k or complete gear box that cost 60k tell me other stuff in corolla that is expensive, the major thing that spoils in corolla. if all of them spoil you won't spend 50k to fix it. Give me the list, for people who don't know car parts they can be cheated, but for us we know it. 2 Likes |

Guys, how do you handle riders with overload. Got a request at Oshodi, parked and waited for like 7 mins only for them to occupy my backseat (4 at the back, pleading), "bros, please we are students, going to Unilag, please sir!" Taxify. #if_na_you? |

oluwaseunla: Well, as a mechanic I know I'm spoiling market for you, because most mechanic always quote 1zz engine for 200k, but the real price is 140k without baranda. Sorry I'm spoiling your business, but I'm saving alot of people. 4 Likes |

jpworld: Except we are taking about using aftermarket or tokunbo part for repairs, No car is cheap to maintain in Nigeria. A Toyota Corolla Alternator OEM cost NGN 100,000.00, a second-hand or tokunbo goes for about 15k I believe. A Toyota Corolla Front Shock Absorber (Tokico) cost NGN45,000 A Toyota Corolla Rear Shock Absorber (Tokico) cost NGN 40,000 I would definitely not buy a Kia Rio (Personal Opinion) ahead of a Toyota Corolla. Anyday, Anywhere, Anyplace, A Toyota Corolla is way ahead of a KIA RIO (personal opinion). I don't even understand the basis of these comparison between a KIA RIO and Toyota Corolla. Do a KIA RIO command a good resale value compared to a Toyota Corolla. 6 Likes |

jpworld: You just posted another incoherent rubbish! Really it’s a very dumb comment, because I don’t even have any Kia Rio put for sale, so who am I trying to convince to buy? And I don’t even know Gazzuzz, never had any dealings with him. Where’s the asslicking? You just keep throwing directionless punches in the wind with making fake accusations and unintelligent rambles. From Kia Rio is a problematic car, to it has no value, to your gf bought used Kia Rio for 800k and sold to Cars45, to you can fix all of a Corollas problem for 50k, to i’m asslicking Gazzuzz and. I’m yet to read one single meaningful statement from you. And I don’t even think you have ever owned a Kia Rio yourself, so how can you be a final authority, a judge and jury at the same time to conclude Kia Rio is a bad car? Very baffling! And the only frustrated person here is you. Nobody is responsible for your misfortune that your girlfriend was so broke she went to sell her Kia Rio to Cars45 for 165k. Stop hating on Kia Rio for nothing. Kia Rio isn’t responsible for your girlfriend’s failure in Uber business. 14 Likes |

jpworld: With 50k you will fix all the problems of a lemon corolla? Wow, take it easy with the lies. This is beyond exaggeration, and you’re literally hallucinating. The same Corolla that I just bought only new front shock absorbers last month for 20k? Smh, your lies are disgusting. 1 Like |

jpworld: Didn’t say it doesn’t have temp gauge, I said the temp gauge doesn’t show a reading. It uses a warning light system. The temp gauge will turn red if there is overheating or about to overheat. But i’ve never had any overheating issue. You are so biased about Kia Rio that it has even prevented you from reading properly. #pic 1: ignition on (hope your hatred for Kia Rio won’t blind you from seeing the temp gauge) #pic 2: car running (all warning lights off) 1 Like

TheCar: Well, I maintain my corolla with grade a tokunbo parts. Alternator you listed is 10k tokunbo, to change the kitting less than 1500, it's the kitting that normally spoil Front shock is 4k each without spring, the spring will be there forever hardly spoil. Back shock 3500 each without spring. Some stuff I buy tokunbo some new one. Brake pad corolla wholesale in trade fair is 1800, retail outlet some sell 2500/3000 Stabilizer leakage the 2pcs is 1200 whole sale price in trade fair. Retail sale for 1800/2000 This are common things that spoils in corolla. The spare parts are very cheap forget mechanic quotation. Forget this one na original this one na fake all parts comes from China, some repackage to sell it expensive. 9 Likes 2 Shares |
