please whats the meaning of APEGA
Ifeoma77:

Let's not forget the schools that will still not see the email after several trips, phone calls and sorting.
You will end up paying for hard copy verification with courier costs to and fro

This is not even something to argue about, the only people who should be considering WES are;
1. Holders of foreign degrees
2. Future APEGA applicants
3. People hoping to access professional qualifications like CIPM, ACCA, ICAN ATS etc.
4. Masochists

IMHO, the social work NOC seems simpler.

However, I do get the challenge with getting the qualifications needed.

My concern with the farm NOC plan is that PNP applications pass to 2 levels of scrutiny: SINP and IRCC. At some point during the application, she must put in the record of the social work or risk misrepresenting. How will she then list it, as a "side hustle"? If she can provide a good explanation, good!

Tojued:

Everybody everywhere is strict with social workers. You must evaluate with their professional organisation to be considered one. Prof. Organisation says you must have education in social work.

I have been following this thread religiously since part 1. But at that time, I was doing my Msc in the UK. I wanna throw a quick one here, to those that did EoR with MOD, did your results online changed (if the section was upgraded) before u recieve your TRF or after.

Bro/Sis, I don't think you have to worry about rejection based on Hepatitis. I really don't know how it works but I believe you can commence whatever treatment to first off safeguard your life and that of your loved one(if any)

I found this (https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/members/fozzy620.532210/).
The person therein was granted a visa. Kindly note that this was as far back as 2014 before Canada increased the medical threshold with regards to medical dependency and all that.

You may want to research further. https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/threads/hepatitis-b-and-canada-immigration.44687/

Wish you good health and God's grace

Congratulations to you all I swear EE is a lot of work but u guys are resilient..

Please I don't know which 1 of u is active but I want to ask.
I have a fresh Int passport as I have not travelled to any country before,
Does it stall my chances of getting a visa? Or my application denied by the Visa Officer.

Not even in the slightest way. Go for it!

Hello All,

Please is it okay to submit passports I took about 4 months ago for issuance of COPR.
Those who have successfully submitted their passports for issuance of visa should kindly advise.

Thanks in advance.

Is there another way couple can migrate to Canada without writing IELTS? I was told the husband and wife must write the exam together to increase their points.

Not for pnp, to be a social worker you must have studied social work and done field work or whatever they call it. They don't even accept sociology, must be social work.

Yes we'll start keeping proper farm records. Worst case scenario we wait for one year to have enough proof before applying.

Btec Social worker diploma Will cost nothing less than 300k and I'm not even sure there's a qualified centre in Nigeria. We're just clutching at straws.

Thanks dear.
Even if she gets the diploma now, should'nt the date qualified to practice precede work experience?

Good afternoon all, please for marriage certificate, I have only the one church issued us when we wedded. Someone just told me that I need to get a certificate from court that the one from church will be rejected by CIC. Please how true is this?

Someone just told you? Why not take some time out, read up previous pages and be well informed.

By law, we have approved bodies/organization which wedding certificate is acceptable.

ICES sent an email that they received it, but will evaluate once they get the required documents from her institution.

Hi Debsify and friends with relevant info.

I need your guidance pls. I'm currently completing my profile on ICES website and got to a point where I have to supply the address details (see attached).

My questions are,
1. At this point, do I supply my friend's address who is to receive the report for me in Canada or my personal address in Nigeria?

2.If my personal address, do I still have the opportunity to supply the courier address I want it delivered to (my friend's address in Canada) as I progress with the registration?

3. Will I get my reference number before I make payment?

Thanks.

Pls I would also like to understand this from ICES

Clients must submit:

1)Colour copies of photo identification documents.
Such as a passport, national identification card or driver's license
2)Colour copies of the front and back of each final award.
Such as a degree, diploma or certificate
3)Colour copies of the front and back of each academic record.
Such as a transcript, marks cards, or diploma supplement
4)Copies of the literal (not interpretive) certified translations of each of these documents into English or French
ICES will forward any official documents requiring translations to you directly should it be necessary.
*It is not necessary to submit the back of a document if it is blank

Please is no 3) necessary, what exactly are they asking for?
I really don't get it plsss... Who hz evaluated with dem successfully, biko embarassed cry

Lucky you I just read up my deficit pages.
I had and uploaded numbers 1 and 2 only, my institution uploaded my transcripts through email, and that was it. I got the ECA 40 days after my institution fufilled her part.
In 'spoon feeding' terms, submit 1 and 2, you should be fine. But if you have your transcript, you may include them.
I could only hope you are satisfied with my response, I wan rest now.
