Most of the bus shelter have been taken over by lunatics and street urchins. Anytime you pass one, you will see one mad person sleeping there

It is we the citizens that will make nonsense out of it. Watch as how hawkers, area boys and beggars turn it to their home and refuse dump. Go to dubai, they have an enclosed bus stop shelter with an air-conditioning unit and yet it is well used by the people. Imagine putting that here in naija
