I don't have any visa/stamps for my current passport.

So I'm settling for uploading my current passport and previous visa/stamps for the previous passports and leaving out the bio data pages of my two expired passports

Would that be ok?

Guess Seniors have answered.

Smart move.
Or you can just upload the data page and leave it at that. Newmum said she had a valid visa in her expired passport and still didn't upload it.
Simpler is better

No offense but I doubt it. How can they give both of us PPR even without her writing IELTS? Adding her without her IELTS drops our points below 440 ordinarily. So I strongly doubt if IRCC will allow us to bypass the need for Spouse’s IELTS by simply marrying her after AOR.

WOW!!!!!

Not sure about this o...You are still going to fill out information on your last 10 years including travel. So how do you explain stating in that part you've been to 5 countries within 10 years, BUT your travel doc only shows a blank bio page? If I was the officer, I will definitely raise an ADR for this... but then, as I have said, I am also just awaiting PR so not an expert.

You do realise that they don't really need your stamps to confirm that you entered a particular country. That's what the background check is for.
From your personal history, they can confirm whatever they need to confirm.
Like I said before, I uploaded my current and expired passports too. But people who didn't do that still got their PPR - Without any ADR for the expired passport.

Besides, ADR is not a death sentence. If it comes, it comes; and will be replied

So what made you think I wouldn’t have passed this exam if whether I attempted to look at other’s answer sheet or not? No one plans to cheat in an exam like IELTS. It just happened that my eyes caught a view of their answer sheets. Well for your info, the person I looked into his sheet failed the exam. So I will say I fully merited my scores. Someone can’t someone cheat in writing or speaking, hope you know that. I only aired what happened in the exam. I have owned up to it. It is malpractice, I know, accept. But it was never premeditated.

People who haved passed this exam have done similar but they haven’t said so. So stop all your ‘holier than thou’ attitude.

I want to move that the moderators of this page ban this person. This is not the type of attitude we want here. If you cheated, please keep it to yourself. The fact you had to come here and state it is a problem!!!

@Bolded, Speak for yourself uncle.

Instead of coming to fight, why not go and modify your post and remove that part. You opened yourself up for the well-deserved lashing when you put it there that you cheated in the exam hall.
If you had just posted your scores like everybody else, you would have gotten the normal 'congrats' and 'tapping' that everyone else gets.

Its not even in your interest, a conscientious employee of BC can use the date, score and center to fish out your result and penalize you

Please... I need advise. I have followed the thread from part one, but I am yet to get the information clearly.

My name is "Damilola" on all my academic certificates starting from secondary school to University.

But all other documents, birth certificate, driver license, passport, bank accounts, I mean all other documents bearing "Oluwadamilola".

I registered on WES using DAMILOLA and I will also be using Damilola for the remaining processes..

Please how can I ensure that my name will not be an issue using the affidavit and the channels to use it

Oga please keep quiet about better score, if you could get better score why did you go and cheat....hope it’s not the same “stealth” you used to get your Dentistry degree, don’t go and injure people abeg.

You are also clearly being so open because you feel this is an anonymous forum, you will be surprised how easy it will be to find out who you are.

The confusion comes from the help guide during eAPR. It seems to be generic and is applicable for all kinds of visas and work permits.

The definitive guide for EE PR is here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/publications-manuals/operational-bulletins-manuals/permanent-residence/express-entry/applications-received-on-after-january-1-2016-completeness-check.html#s04

You are only required to upload "A clear and legible copy of the biographical data page of a passport or travel document must be provided."
However, you will not be penalized for submitting all the stamps and old passports.
gbengaolu360:
Agreed. How can one document old expired international passport with stamps ?....If the first page is my current bio data on my international passport, should one type all travel history with visa types with old international passport number beside them on the second page ?

This is quite hilarious to me I must confess. U just typed that "I think I love her" meaning u ain't even sure and u want to add her as spouse without wedding. Sorry please visit PART 1 of this thread.
survivor1986:
I passed my IELTS of 13 October 2018. 1st attempt. 6 weeks of assiduous preparation.

Listening - 8.5 .
Reading - 8
Writing - 7.5 (Disappointed. I thought I would get 8. My preparation for the exam was 70% writing. I would have challenged it but it won’t change my CLB score. I may yet challenge it in the next 4 weeks if Australia immigration suddenly appeals to me.)
Speaking - 8 (The examiner almost used her foreign accent to intimidate & destabilize me. But I survived.)

I have a girlfriend who is in final year in the University and I want to add her as my spouse. Yea, I think I love her, even though we are just 6 months into dating. If I apply as a single my CRS score will be 465. If I add her as spouse, it drops to 439. Therefore she needs to write the IELTS to make our score at least 440.

Now the advice I want from you guys is this: can she write the IELTS first before we do the wedding, or wedding must come first before her IELTS, or the order doesn’t matter? If these Canada people (IRCC) see that the date of the wedding is after her IELTS (in other words if she wrote her IELTS as a single), will it look suspicious that we later married just before we submitted our Express Entry profile?

All the best to those still on IELTS stage.
