pls I'm a 2013 awardee. I have always been reimbursed, but I've never been able to access my account coz I lost my award letter. I went to the bank recently but they requested for the award letter before they'll grant me access to the account (that's been accumulating since 2013). I don't have the award letter but I have all other evidence (all the emails sent to me by AGBAMI/GRAGNET) that I'm the owner of the account.
Pls can anyone help me with what to do. I will surely appreciate u!

of course something can be done.....those bank people are even just being overzealous about the issue because a friend of mine who had a slightly similar issue got the whole thing fixed at the bank!

go to scholastica.ng website and locate my account there, u will see the award letter . u can download it anytime anyhow u like

You should be able to reprint on scholastica site. Or u send an email to scholastica

I am also a 2013 awardee, had same issue, I tried for over 6 months until I got to the gtb head office at VI Lagos met a lady who helped me and everything was fixed within 3 weeks I got my new card.if you in Lagos you can easily go there chat me up on watsap if u need any help but also go with your school ID card and any other national ID.. 2013 awardee don't have award letter on the Scholastica@dragnet-solutions.com site.. It was a hard copy we collected from our respective local government scholarship boards..

I guess so. I asked two people who were awarded the scholarship last year if they received Any mail telling them to update or put a valid account details on their scholastica accounts and they said they didn't. How it was done to the last year's awardee in my school is the Same pattern that's taking place Now

or you can use a 2013 awardee letter from any scholar in your State and go with as much ID card you have.. Chat me up on watsap 08140192678

All 2012,2013,2014,2015 and 2016 agbami awardees that has either lost or damaged their ATM card should not lose hope.. the cards are automatically reproduced provided your account is funded.. I lost mine in 2014 and I wasn't even doing update on my scholatisca account till this year.. a friend told me to go to the gtb head office in lag, met a lady who helped me with everything and my card has been at their bank since 2016 and was suppose to expire Nov 23rd this year, I collected the card and it was with #600k balance my payment for 3 years.. so some of you might be broke and have huge amount laying an dn wasting in the bank.. don't dull..

last year ,the money was paid directly into the account we provided not the GTB. How sure are you it will be paid with GTB this time?

Payment is always around ending of november . I believe everyone will be paid
